Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. (Total quantity - excavated quantity item no.-2)

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrowpits with all lifts and leads, spreading, grading to required slope and compected to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG10-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix , transporting the hot mix as per Technical Specification Clause 507

Providing and laying bituminious concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder as per job mix, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 509 complete in all respects

Construction of U-Type drain in abadi portion of road including cost of excavation, brick work, P.C.C. Plaster, all labour, material, etc

Construction of 900mm dia NP3 H.P. culvert :- Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Laying of 900mm dia reinforced cement concrement pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement motar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonary works in head walls and parapets

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and technical speficiations clauses 600, 1202 & 1203

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification clauses 613.3 , 1204 and 1208.4

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick on brickwork in substructure/ superstracutre as per technical specification clauses 613.4 & 1204

Construction of 1x1.0M Span, 1x3.0M Span & 1x5.0M Span R.C.C. Culvert :- Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M-20 grade in super structure as per drawing and technical specifications.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) in substructure/superstracutre as per technical specification.
