Earth work in excavation by manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All Kinds of Soil

Hand packing Stones in wire crates; excluding cost of crates and stones.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supply of Stone boulder (nallah) nominal size 225 mm (Stack measurements reduced by 15%)

Supply at site B A Wire Crates of size 20’-0”x 4’-0”x 4’- 0” with 4”mesh and wire size of 4mm including lids and binding wire and carriage to site of work. (To be laid as per instructions of incharge site officer)

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kinds of soil:

Filling empty cement bags with sand/ earth; including cost of sewing and strings; excluding cost of bags and earth / sand.

Unloading sand/earth filled bags from boats and Placing in Water (Under rate allowed for not unloading from boats etc) 60% rate only

Carriage of Materials from source to site of work by Head Load: Stones av 200 Meter by Manual Transport.

DRSM works:(The rate includes the cost of collection, carriage of stones to the work site, fashioning of stones to be used along the exposed faces in the construction of DRSM (15% volume shall be deducted as voids on stack measurements)

Providing and Fixing of Fencing- using square fence confirming of product code PCFP-3 at spacing of 10 feet and 4 strands of G.I. barbed wire conforming to the product code BA-BW at least every 6th fence along the straight line and every fence posts at the corner be fixed in the Cement concrete block of size 1'-6" x 1'-0" x 1'-0" (using 1:3:6 mix cement concrete with curing and all other operations). All leads and lifts are inclusive. Painting in two colours to the fence posts and cost of Sign Board, entrance/khidki is also included in the item rate.
