(i) NH-37 to Bhumtalchuk Road from Ch0.00km to ch 1.45km (L=1.45km) Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3.0m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. Grading - III. (Rate as per analysis).

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90- 1.2 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (I).With hydrated lime/cement as filler ( refer table 500-9 of MoSRT&H specification). (A)'with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen. (ii) for GradingII (13 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying interlocking concrete block pavement with M40 grade of concrete blocks having thickness 80mm as per technical specification clause 1504 complete including carriage.(a) Including Edge block/ Edge restraints

Construction of R.C.C. Drain cum Footpath Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures in all types of soils as per drawing and Techncal Specification section 300 including setting out ,construction of shoring and bracing ,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 A. With crushed stone,I. P.C.C grade M 10 Nominal mix 1:3:6

Reinforcement in Foundation: Supplying, fitting and placing un-coated TMT bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications (i) TMT Corrosion Resistant Steel (CRS) reinforcement bar of Fe-500 N/mm2

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications (90% length of the Road is considered for edge line marking )

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 (ii) 600mm equilateral triangle

(ii) Kakotigaon Road (Ch. 1130.00m to Ch. 2210.00m) (L=1.08KM) Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Maintenance of WBM Road-Maintenance of WBM road including filing up of pot holes,ruts and rectifying corrugated surface,damaged edges and ravelling as per technical specification Clause 1906.
