Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, Suspended floors ,roofs,having slope up to 15 degree landings, shelves chajjas, lintels ,bands,plain window sills,staircase and spiral stair case up to floor five level excluding cost of centering and shuttering finishing and reinforcement.with 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cemet :1.5 coarse sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size )

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Cold twisted steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete.

15mm cement plaster with premix 1:6

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade One or more coats on old work.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufactures specifications two or more coats applied with Teflon coated Royal coated) on walls @1.25ltr/10 sqm) over including priming coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr/10 sqm.
