M&L Repairs to Potholes of any depth, not exc. 1.00 Sqm Each including Sweeping free from Dust, Mud or Water, Scoring Sunken Surfaces in Roads, Paths, etc., Cutting around Edges to at least 25mm in Depth, Making Good by Applying Tack Coat at 5.0 Kg Per 10 Sqm, Putting in Premixed Bituminous Macadam, Well Rammed and Sealed with Binder 9.8 Kg Per 10 Sqm, blended with 0.09 Cum of Stone Chippings, 6.3mm Size and again Well Rammed (including Supply of Premixed Macadam, Binder and Chippings), Depth of Potholes exc. 30mm, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : The Potholes are to be repaired in Independent Locations only.

Scarifying or Picking Gravelled Macadam or Bituminous Macadam Surfaces in Area not exc. 400 Sqm and Depth exc. 50mm and not exc. 100mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water Bound Macadam (WBM) 7.5 Cm thick (compacted thickness) with Granite, Trap or Basalt Coarse Aggregate of Grading 2 (63mm to 40mm Size) or of Grading 3 (50mm to 20mm Size), Spread, Rolled and Consolidated to Gradient and Camber as required using Vibratory Power Roller exc. 8 Tonne and not exc. 12 Tonne capacity, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing Unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam (WBM) by brushing with Wire Brushes for Removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to Remove all Loose Dirt, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing Black Top Surfaces of Roads by brushing with Wire Brushes for Removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with Air Compressor to Remove all Loose Dirt, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying Evenly a Priming/ Tack Coat with Bituminous Primer @ 10 Kg Per 10 Sqm (using Paving Bitumen VG-10) on Unsurfaced Water Bound Macadam (WBM), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying Evenly a Priming/ Tack Coat with Bituminous Primer @ 5.0 Kg Per 10 Sqm (using Paving Bitumen VG-10) on Old Bituminous Carpet Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminous Premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm Consolidated thickness with 5.5% Binder Content (using Paving Bitumen VG 30) by Weight of Total Mix, mixed in Central Computerised Hot Mix Plant and laid with using Mechanical Self Propelled Paver, Rolled and Compacted to required Camber and Gradient using Power Roller exc. 8 Tonne and not exc. 12 Tonne capacity, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) shall be designed as specified in the Particular Specifications. Contractor shall Quote Unit Rate considering Bitumen Contents as specified here-in-above. In case of any variation in Binder Content on Minus side, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 65.00 Per KG of Binder/ Bitumen. However, no Price Adjustment in the Quoted Unit Rate shall be made on Plus side. Cost of Filler is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Premix Bituminous, Macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to required Gradient and Camber (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), using Paving Bitumen of VG 30 grade any Penetration as Binder 4.0% by Weight of Total Mix, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Premix Bituminous, Macadam shall be designed as specified in the Particular Specifications. Contractor shall Quote Unit Rate considering Bitumen Contents as specified here-in-above. In case of any variation in Binder Content on Minus side, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs. 65.00 Per KG of Binder/ Bitumen. However, no Price Adjustment in the Quoted Unit Rate shall be made on Plus side. Cost of Filler is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M&L Preparing Bituminous Surfaces of Road and Marking 1.5mm thick Centre Lines, Stop Lines, Dashes, Arrows etc. and the like not exc. 10 Cm Wide on Road Pavements with Hot Applied Thermo Plastic Road Marking Paint of Approved colour, Confirming to BS:3262-1989 with Special Applicator Machine all as per Manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cat Eye Solar Reflective type of Metal body Alloy of Size 100x100x20mm with PAMA Striplens Reflector of Model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including Mild Steel Stud of suitable Size as per Manufactures instructions including Taking out/up Old Unserviceable Cat Eye of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Solar Cat Eye Aluminum alloy shall (100% Water Proofing design according to 65) of Size 125x125x25mm (Shank 65mm) of High Efficiency Mono Rystafie Solar Panel 2.4V/ 0.3 Watt One NI-ed Rechargeable Battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of Super Bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per Manufactures instructions etc. including Taking out/up Old Unserviceable Cat Eye of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

DEDUCT "TOTAL AMOUNT OF CREDIT" NOTE : Bidders are required to Quote the SAME AMOUNT (as per SCHEDULE OF CREDIT including NOTES therein of Tender documents) under Column 'UNIT RATE' (M) against Row 25.
