Taking down ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep by unscrewing nut/bolts from its position and fixing the same to its original place after necessary cleaning, oiling, greasing, replacement of bush, bearing and marking MES number all as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : Bush, bearing , measured and paid separately as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in this item.

Taking down / dismantling complete ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm sweep down rod with its canopies, shackle, condenser housing with its rubber bushes, split pins, unscrewing the body parts of ceiling fan, taking out starter, motor winding, ball bearing, gun metal bush etc. complete to carry out the following repairs : (a) Removing of burnt out fan winding and re-winding of motor with suitable size of copper enamelled wire, varnishing, heating as per manufractures design and directed and re-assembling ,refixing complete ceiling fan fixing only old / new spare parts (i.e) rubber bush of shackle and condenser housing, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: twin twisted copper cable, ball bearing and Gun metal bush etc are measured and paid seperately as supply only rates and fixing charges for spare parts shall deemed to be included in this item.

Supply only for rubber bush for shackle with bolt, nut and lock pin suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep.

Supply only bearing number of 6201/6202/6203/6204 as required, Make : SKF/NBC or Eequivalent.

Supply only condenser 2/2.5/ MFD.

Supply only PVC holder for condenser housing.

Supply only twin core twisted copper flexible wire/cable of size 40/0.020.

Supply only gun metal bush.

Fixing only steel stainless ceiling fan shaft.

M&L for fan regulator electronic type, 5 stepped type 240 Watt, hum free flush type on the existing laminated sheet complete all as directed.

Complete painting of ceiling fan by scraping / removing old spray paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint with super glossy finish (grey/brown) as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 2 here in before but exhaust fan of size 300 /380 mm sweep.

All as per item No 2 here in before but exhaust fan of size 400 /450 mm sweep.

All as per item No 2 here in before but pedestal /wall mounted fan of size 450/600 mm sweep.

Fixing only condenser 3.15/4 MFD (metal body) Make:Universal/Sarda or Equivalent.

Supply and fixing louvers of exhaust fan 300/380 mm sizes complete with suitable nuts/bolts .

Supply and fixing dome type Exhaust Fan (White) Ventil Air DX white 200mm complete with louvers and fixing arrangement as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan motor AC single Phase. 230V for size 300 mm , 85 watts sweep exhaust all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan motor AC single Phase. 230V for size 380 mm sweep , 150 watt exhaust all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix exhaust fan motor AC single Phase. 230V for size 450 mm sweep , 400 watts exhaust all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing complete frame with side holding clamps with suitable nuts/bolts for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep as per existing make/size as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing complete frame with side holding clamps with suitable nuts/bolts for exhaust fan 380 mm sweep as per existing make/size as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing blade made of iron suitable for Exhaust fan 300 mm sweep.

Supply & fixing blade made of iron suitable for Exhaust fan 380 mm sweep.

Taking down / dismantling complete exhaust fan of any size for spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour with super glossy finish (Grey/brown) including filling cavities with fillar on coat after cleaning all dust etc. including re-assembling the same and testing on completion.

S&F inreplacement of PVC insulated and sheathed flexible wire of 4 core with copper conductor 4 sqmm round type for gyser.

Taking down / dismantling of defective / rusted storage type hot water gyser of 50/25 ltr capacity from different locations by disconnecting inlet / outlet connections and taking out unserviceable parts by unscrewing bolts and nuts etc deiscaling / cleaning inner servicing and etc. Checking defects, re-assembling and re-installing the gyser in position, connection and testing complete.

Supply& fix inner tank suitable for gyser 25 ltr capacity (Apparatus assembly) made copper duly prewired of different make.

Supply & fix inner tank suitable for gyser 50 ltr capacity (Apparatus assembly) made copper duly prewired of different make.

Supply & fix indication lamp (green / red) as required.

Supply& fix thermostat of range 0-90 degree centigrade as required.

Supply& fix heating element 2 KW (ISI Marked) cup type / thread type with the provision of thermal cut out as required.

Supply & fix flange assembly (nine holes ) as required of different make.

S&F for PVC flexible pipes 15mm dia (heavy duty) both end socketed 450mm long for cold water.

S&F copper (CP) hot water pipe for gyser, connection with check nuts and washers.

M&L for painting of gyser complete in site by scraping / removing old spray paint with brush/emery paper and spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour and making MES number with synthetic enamel paint of black colour in good and proper size all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of GI tubing medium grade 15mm dia with all fittings and fixed to wall, ceiling or roof complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gun metal non return valve of 15mm dia ISI marked.

S&F in replacement of stop cock brass (CP) of 15mm dia.

S&F of Decorative, wall mounting, nickel finish fixture with opal glass diffuser suitable with 9 watt LED lamp , Make Havells Cat Part -LHFOJE1TZ11060 / Bajaj/Phillips. or equivalent.

S&F in repair for wall mounted LED 2 feet 10 Watt fittings with high diffuser , driver holder , 5700 k-6500k lume efficiency >100/watt pf >0.90 extruded aluminium heat sink provided for energy efficient heat dissipation &integrated electronic incl all accessories and lamp ,internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Make :Havells, Bajaj/Philips/Crompton).

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper cable FRLS working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 with stranded copper conductor in and including PVC conduit sysytem of 20 mm dia (heavy duty)/PVC cassing capping 20mm width of double locking system including size 4 sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated un-sheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switches/DB's or common earth dully complete all as specified and directed after taking down old sub main wiring complete and making good the disturbed surface. NOTE :- Two runs of 4 Sqmm pvc wire, one run of 4 Sqmm pvc wire and one run of pvc casing caping/ PVC conduit will be measured as one unit).

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade of flame retardant low smoke size 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) in and including heavy duty rigid non metalic PVC casing capping 20 mm width of double locking system with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor of flame retardant low smoke as earth continuity wire and connected to earth dolly including PVC Switch board in recess to existing wall surface with 3mm thick plastic hylum sheet cover fixed with MS screws and cap washers for one light/fan point /bell point controlled by one number one way switch & making good the disturbed surface to match with existing surface/wall complete.

M&L for point wiring with and incl 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS in concealed conduit and juction boxes etc with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to main earthing and common earth terminal ,One light point controlled by one way switch and making good to facings where required all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 43 here-in-before but one 3/5 pin socket otutlet, 5 amps, on independent board , with cables 1.5 sq mm size with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to main earthing.

All as per item No 43 here-in-before but One 5 pin socket out let, 15 Amps, on independent board, with cables 4 sq mm size with 4 Sqmm copper conductor cable green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to main earthing.

M&L inreplacement of switch piano flush type 5 Amp single pole one way.

S & F in replacement of Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and flush type universal.

S & F in replacement of Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 3 pin, 5 and 15 amp flush type universal.

M&L inreplacement of ceiling rose surface bakelite 65x50mm three terminal.

S&F inreplacement of lamp holder, insulated body with black plate batten / angle type for batten fittings.

S&F inreplacement of industrial plug and socket board with 20 amps MCB with sheet metal enclosure and plug top complete as in repair (Make: HPL/Standard) or Equivalent.
