M&L for complete removing of old paint on existing concrete surfaces by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth on all as directed.

M & L for Obliterating old writing of any description n.exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match the existing work all as directed

M&L for applying one coat water based paint as in painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like exc 10 cm width or girth, applying white, back, golden yellow and orange colour as required at site etc complete incl preperation of exisiting surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats water based paint as in painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavements and the like exc 10 cm width or girth, applying white, back, golden yellow and orange colour as required at site etc complete incl preperation of exisiting surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the surfaces of runway with wire brush and air compressor, making the surface free from dust and applying evenly with and including a coat of catonic bitumen emulsion SS1 confirming to IS:8887 at the rate of application of 0.9 - 1.2 kg/sqm on surfaces of stabilised soil bases/ crushed run macadam/ black top surfaces as specified in table 500-3 of MoRTH specification of road and bridge works 2013, using with mechanical sprayer and ensure uniform finish of the surface complete all as per the manufacturer instruction and as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of pavement joints by removal (racking out) of old/ existing sealant compound and back up rod of the existing joints by special tools like cutting blades/machines, widening of joints by 2 mm by using joint cutting blades of appropriate size straight and smooth edges. Joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air. Joint shall be made dry, vacuum cleaned and free of dirt, oil vegetation and other debris. Application of two coats of primer with thin brush by forward and backward movement at an interval of 30 minutes before pouring the sealant Thereafter filled with closed cell medium density, cross linked polyethylene foam backup rod of 12 mm dia for complete length of the joint, over it to be filled with polyurethane joint sealant meeting the requirements mentioned in BS-5212 , BS 4254 and EN-141875-2003 with minimum movement accommodation factor (MAF) of+!- 30% complete all as specified and as directed.
