Providing the design of Mural for fixing on external wall ( RCC/Brick surface) of Highbay complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note: The rate includes necessary design using the composition in perspective, value, staging and colour arranged harmoniously, to tell the requisite story and idea more efficiently etc. and complete in all respect.
Providing, supplying and fixing of mural of suitable mosaic tile positioned onto the cement sheet on external wall ( RCC/Brick surface) of Highbay as per approved design, shape and size,etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. Note : 1. Each tile must be hand cut and then positioned onto the cement sheet using suitable adhesive skillfully with artistic touch as per approved design. 2. The work must be done in layers at all side. Suitable arrangement is to be made for fixing the tile mosaics onto the cement sheet and fixing of the entire system on the wall of Highbay is to be done with sutable arrangments i.e. anchor bolts or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. 3. The rate includes the preparation of surfaces if any, filling the depressions/undulations with epoxy material suitably if required, cost of all labours, transportation, taxes,cost of cement sheets, anchors/ any other fixing arrangements, adheasive any consumable etc. and complete in all respect.
Providing and fixing double tubular scaffolding system using H- frames with cup lock type on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer -in - charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
Area Development, minor modification, housekeeping and material handling, etc. by deploying man power with necessary pans, spades, shavels, pickaxe, punjas, ropes, small special spade rain- coats, etc. as and when decided by Engineer-In-Charge to work for eight hours apart from also carrying out seasonal departmental work allotted by Engineer-In-Charge from time to time.
