Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating sets, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, 1500 RPM engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete (as per OEM design), standard control panel with necessary meter, acoustic sound proof canopy as per MoEF/ CPCB norms, fuel tank, battery & leads, residential silencer, AVM pads and mounted on MS fabricated base frame painted in corrosion resistant paint, including all fittings/ fixtures as per OEM and first fill of lube oil, complete all as specified in the particular specifications and as per OEM's instructions, for the following technical specifications and capacities:-

82.5 KVA DG Set, 105 BHP Power rated Make : a) Genset assembled with Sound proof canopy : M/s Cummins, Genset Model C82.5D5P and Engine Model 4BTAA3.9-G4 or equivalent in Kirloskar (Koel i Greens)/ Jackson/Sudhir/Greaves Cotton/Sterling Generators as approved by GE . b) Alternator: Stamford/ Kirloskar/Jyoti/Crompton Greaves/Alstom/ Areva/ Bharat Bijlee as recommended by OEM of Genset and as approved by GE.

Material and labour for providing PCC (1:2:4), Type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in mounting platform with foundation for installation of DG sets, size and design as per the OEM norms fullfilling safety and technical requirements wih a minimum working space of 01 mtr around the following DG sets, including all earthwork excavation, RFR, removing earth, shuttering to concrete, necessary provisioning for fixing of DG sets like foundation bolts etc... complete all as per OEMs instructions and as specified and directed:- Note:- a) Design and drawings of the foundation shall be prepared as recommended by the OEM and be got approved from GE before commencement the work and the rate quoted is deemed to include for the same. b) 05 sets of design and drawings to be submitted along with a copy to the Accepting Officer after obtaining the approval of GE.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric power cables with multi stranded aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make : Cable Corporation of India/ Asian Cable Company/Finolex Cable Ltd/Polycab/Gloster/Universal/ RPG Cables Ltd/ Paragon Cables India/ KEI Industries Ltd as approved by GE Note: Earthwork, excavation, RFR and removal of surplus soil, river sand/Riddled earth cushioning and bricks for cable protection shall be measured and paid separately

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying UG cables, GI pipes etc... complete all as specified as directed

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, in any type of soil, without damaging cables/pipes/fittings & fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size 230 x115 x 75 mm, sub class 'B' Designation 75 as in cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread fine river sand in trenches for cable cushioning on top and bottom of cable as specified.for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: a) Only punned thickness of river sand shall be measured. b) Riddled earth with low thermal resistivity, conforming to IS-1255, shall however be used after obtaining the approval of GE.

Taking down old unserviceable GI pipe and supply and fix new GI pipe light grade of size 40mm dia for protection of UG cables on walls/under floors/road crossings/in trenches etc... complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete. Make : Tata/Jindal/Zenith/Swastik/Prakash/BST/Surya as approved by GE.
