Dismantling the accessories and draining oil up to the required level
Insurance for transit and storage period at firm's works
Loading charges at site
Unloading charges at firm's work
Removing of defective coil after dismantling yoke channel and lamination block
Detailed examination of Transformer to identify the cause of defects
Rewinding the HV coil (faulty phase) including all materials (1x1000)
Fixing the healthy and rewinded coild including insulation material and fixing of lamination and yoke channel
Bracing and tapping the take off leads of new winding and formation of star connection
Preliminary drying out of core and winding at hot air chamber
Overhauling of OLTC mechanism and contacts and testing the same
Taking all the connection leads and fixing with the metal parts for both HV and LV
Testing of CT ratio, knee Point voltage and etc.
Fixing of Top cover and HV, LV bushing and all accessories with gasket
Reconditioning of old EHV grade oil, testing the same for DGA and top up
Reassemble the dismantling accessories, top up the oil after repairing
Complete painting of transformer wth two coats of aluminium paint (Outer side)
Cleaning of tank, overhauling the radiators including welding charges, conservator, Buchholz relay tests and renewal of gaskets.
Core and winding tanking and connecting to tapping leads and fixing of metal parts of both HV and LV
Checking of healthiness of wiring in DM box, marshalling box, RTCC panel and rewiring if required
Testing charges of final inspection
