SPL REPAIR TO BLDG No P09 UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Demolition of existing old tarfelt, water proofing membrane including roof tiles, cement mortar screed, concrete base of any thickness and roughing surfaces to receice roof treatement including removal of debris from MoD land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces with mixing of water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instruction including finishing the surface even and fair to receive roof treatment, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply of Water proofing compound shall not be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture conforming to IS 2645-1975 of approved make complete all as specified and directed.(Dosage- @ 200ml per 50Kgs of Bags of cement)

Roof treatment :- (a) Apply a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS - 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm on prepared surfaces. (b) After drying of primer apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen conforming to (IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of surfaces. (c) Provide APP modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density film. Minimum weight of APP modified water proofing membrane shall be 3 Kg per Sqm. Product Name Multi plus manufactured by M/S STP texa Ltd Gurgoan/Hyper Plus Standard Manufactured by IWL India ltd Chennai, Bengal Acquaflux manufactured by Bengal bitumen New Delhi/Superior plus 310 by STP Lfd and any other product as appproved by E-in-C Br will be used. APP membranne will be laid across the slop from lowest line of slopping roof toward ridge with minimum end lap of 150mm and side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown. Note: Complete treatment shall be carried out by the applicator of manufacture or through their authorized personal only.

Cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, in floors, plinth courses, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches , pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (using old size burn bricks) , straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (using old size burn bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 in half brick thick, complete all as specified.
