REPAIRS/ REPLACEMENT OF SEWAGE LINES AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE SYSTEM AT DIGLIPUR

Clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under-growth, roots and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) for making approach to septic tanks, around manholes, manhole to manhole for sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for laying drain pipes, etc. or manholes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3 mtr in depth; for laying drain pipes, etc. or manholes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Returning, filling in in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing excavated soil material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bedding, haunching complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm bore cast iron, spun, soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L for PCC Type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for PCC Type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate) concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry or PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate), block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width with minimum compressive strength of 50 Kg/ Sqcm and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified. Note: If Water proofing compound is mixed, WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound.

M&L for PCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in coping, benching of manholes etc, and including necessary formwork all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal of debris to a distance exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed.

M&L RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls for septic tanks etc. and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), for flat rough finished surfaces of concrete.

M&L for high yield strength deformed TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

M&L precast RCC Type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6, including necessary formwork complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of wall surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and fair to receive tile complete all as specified.

M&L for screeding 15mm thick on floor surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x 200x 7 mm thick on vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete.

S&F (in repairs) Vitreous China wash down water closet pan EWC (pedestal pattern), white, (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe), with 'P' or 'S' trap and including plastic water closet seat cover, white, closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device, including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, etc.complete all as specified.

Cleaning of blockage of sewage lines up to 150 mm bore systematically using necessary tools mechanically and /or manually such as by rodding, passing rope knots, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure such as dirt and gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/grease traps of any depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluents etc in a closed container and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified. Note: Length will be measured throughout the manholes for each time of cleaning.

Cleaning of septic tanks completely by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out using suction pumps and filling the foul material into the covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material outside the Defence area complete all as specified.

Cleaning of manhole / gully trap / floor trap blockages (including WC, urinal, kitchens and bathrooms) systematically using necessary tools mechanically and/or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure gas etc), flushing the pipe well with water till clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage / roots of the tree etc. including all water effluents etc and removing all materials from site of work upto a distance exceeding 50 mtr and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs cast iron nahani trap/ gully trap 125/100mm diameter of outlet setting and jointing with solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 100 mm bore cast iron floor trap with stainless steel grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with solvent cement, complete all as specified and directed.
