M&L dismantling and strip opening the pump including disconnecting the suction, delivery, vacuum pipe lines and coupling and removing it from its position carefully and transporting the same to the workshop for carryout necessary repairs and refixing the same in its original position after repairs including overhauling the pump set, renewal of gasket to pump, suction and delivery lines, gland packing, greasing nuts, bolts and washers, re-connecting up of the electric / water connections etc including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the capacities Pump capacity 100 HP. Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.(ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.(iii) The make of existing pumps are Kirloskar/ Mather&platt. (iv) any additional parts required will be measured as supply only under this schedule below.

All as per item No 1.00 of Pump capacity 120 HP to 180 HP. Notes:- (i) Expendable stores like cotton waste / cleaning materials, lubricants, gland packing etc., and transportation from site to work shop and back are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.(ii) Labour element is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.(iii) The make of existing pumps are Kirloskar/ Mather&platt (IV) any additional parts required will be measured as supply only from respective items under this schedule below.

M&L Dismantling and strip opening the motor completely including disconnecting the cable connections and coupling of the motor removing the starter and rotor units, bearings complete servicing the motor assembly including cleaning the carbon deposits with carbon tetra chloride, greasing the bearings etc., heat varnishing the motor windings by applying varnish and keeping the windings into the hot air oven till the moisture evaporates complete at authorized workshop including transportation and refit the same after repairs and re-connecting up of the electric connections including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:-

M&L cutting and taking out the unserviceable / burnt out copper winding from the electric motor, preparation of the surface and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper conductor with ‘F’ class heavy grade insulation, weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including tying the winding and connecting the coils and brining the connections as that of existing one including applying insulating varnish, heating and backing the windings thoroughly with necessary insulating materials complete all as specified for the capacities 100 HP to 180 HP

Supply and lay submersible copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade PVC insulated, flexible, PVC sheathed with multistranded copper conductor of size 3 core 6 Sq mm cutting to required length connecting with necessary end ferrules / water proof joints including removing the existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Flushing/ de-silting of accumulated soil from inside the borewell up to 250 mm dia and depth up to 150 meter by using air compressor/ special equipments of existing borewells including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sq cm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well till discharge of the fresh water, including testing of water samples for chemical and bacteriological tests and yield testing for 4 hours complete all as specified and directed . Note: The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor / special equipment, diesel, tools and Accessories including transportation and skilled man power to execute the work.

Supply & Replace PVC pipe 6 kg/ cm2 of size 250 mm dia heavy duty screwed and socketed type to borewell confirming to IS complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI pipe heavy grade 50mm dia, cut into 3.0 mtr length including providing of threading on both sides and lowering into the existing bore well along with existing GI pipe for increasing the length of the borewell pipe as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing submersible pump motor set of capacity up to 7.5 HP stuck inside the borewell of depth up to 100 meter by flushing the existing borewells of any size with drilling compressor mounted on truck at a pressure of 7 Kg / Sqcm with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud including flushing out tree roots etc from the bore well till removing of the stuck motor and then clear the bore by using Rod drilling using Bore well drilling machine from any kind of obstruction, reinstall the motor and column pipe , necessary electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed . Note : Rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of Flushing by using suitable compressor, rod drilling for clearing of bore well, Removing the submersible pump set stuck inside the bore well and reinstall the same after repair including removing and refixing of column pipe, electrical connections, testing etc as required.

Testing & checking the Quality of water from borewell of Secunderabad for determining the following parameter (Colour, Odour, pH, Taste, Turbidity, TDS, Aluminium, Ammonia, Anionic Detergents, Barium, Boron, Calcium, Chloramine, Chloride, copper, Fluoride, Free residual chloride, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Mineral Oil, Nitrate, Phenolic Compounds, Selenium, Silver, Sulphate, Sulphide, Total alkalinity as calcium carbonate, Total hardness, Zinc, cadmium, Cyanide, Lead, Mercury, Molybdenum, Nickel, Arsenic, Chromium, E.coli, Coliform Bacteria, PAH, PCB & Pesticides except for radio activity) as per IS: 10500-2012 and submit the test report from Govt Laboratory duly signed to Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The testing and checking of Quality of water shall be executed once in 30 days or otherwise specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reboring/ re-Drilling of existing borewell up to 250 mm dia, from the existing depth, at any type of strata by mud flash rotating equipment, from the Existing depth to 100 Meters.
