M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, n exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud,or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads , path etc. cutting around edges to atleast 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of VG -10 at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping of 6.30 m size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam , binder and chipping ) depth of pot holes exc 30 mm rolled with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade cationic bitumen emulsion of grade RS I confirming to IS: 8887/ASTM D2397 @ 3 Kg/10 Sqm surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix in computerised hot mix plant and spread by means of self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bitumen macadam consolidated thickness 75 mm or less using 4 % binder i.e. paving bitumen grade VG-30 by weight or total mix and aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old untreated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paint and making of guide line, dash arrows , letter etc with reflective thermoplastic paint 2.00 mm to 2.50 mm thick white golden , yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads, pavement and the like of any description and in any width complete all as specified and directed.
