Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep in soft/loose soil and getting out for cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spreading local sand obtained from ganga river in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying /paving of dry well burnt bricks of sub class ‘B’ laid flat of whole brick over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Type 2, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm over the cable after spreading the sand for cable protection complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC(1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of pole and stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping/finishing of pole foundation and plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing of 100 mm dia bore, light grade conforming to IS 1239 Part-I and ISI marked fixed alongwith pole and embedded in hardstanding / pillar foundation including breaking /cutting PCC/hard standing not exceeding 20 cm girth or as required at site and making good with cement mortar of ratio 1 :3 complete all as specified and directed.

Takingout unserviceable cable any type from trenches,pole, road,duct etc including necessary joints(U/S)fittings and pipes etc complete all as specified and directed

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 185.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 120.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 95.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 70.0 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 25 Sqmm x 3.5 core as per IS 7098 Pt I in trenches, culvert, through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of alluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and laying in trenches /laid in floor/duct/drawn through conduit XLPE insulated PVC bedded armored heavy duty electric cable 1100V grade with aluminum conductor of cross sectional are 10 Sq mm 4 core .complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip 32 x 6.00 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and protection with 40 mm dia GI Medium grade pipe and washers of galvanised iron or steel, GI strip 7.5 mtr long and plate surrounded with salt charcoal dust etc and 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering, excavation and earth wire including PCC pit in cement concrete 1:3:6 type CI and 40mm thick pit cover of RCC 1:2:4 type 30 reinforced width 8mm dia MS bar @ 150 C/C both ways, furnel wiremesh and testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PCC LT cable route marker of size 800mm x 200mm x 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by GE(I).

Providing the cable fault locating Machine with necessary T&P at site for locating exact pin point of fault along with the length of armourd 1.1/ 6.6 /11 KV XLPE/PILCA insulated LT/HT cable complete all as required and directed at site.

Supply, Errecting and fixing in replacement of in true Vertical position steel tubular swaged pole with iron square belded base plate, finial taper plug, bolt, nuts and screw,weld and reduced section and logitudional weld Seam through out entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminious paint through out intrnely and externely up to planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole with two caot of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide as specified type 410 SP 31 (9.00 Mtr long) all as specified and directed at site. NOTE - Excavation and Earth work and PCC in foundation shall be measured and paid seprately.

Material and Labour in replacement for supply, installation, commissioning and testing of outdoor type LT panel(CPRI Approved) made out of 3.15 mm thick sheet metal, double door made out of MS angle iron base frame, cubical type floor mounted 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 415 Volts properly insulated aluminium bus bar - 04 Nos having capacity 600 amps on phase & neutral, dust and vermin proof, both side open with locking arrangement comprising of comprising of multifunction meters with 3 lines LCD display of voltage, current and frequency and power factor of size 96x96 sqmm, suitable ratio CT, phase indicator-03 Sets, danger board plate, duly painted internally and externally with powder coated, fixing in position by provision of platform suitable size built with brick work in CM (1:4), 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) including glands, lugs, thimbles for all incomming and out going cable including dismantling /taking out complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of suitable sizes for following :- Incoming: (a) 200 Amps, FP 415 Volts - 01 No. Outgoing: (a) MCCB Cap 63 Amps, FP 415 Volts breaking capacity 16 KA - 07 No. MAKE of MCCB Legrand/ Schnider/ Siemens/ Indoasian/L&T
