Providing and fixing of Railing Sections and required frame work as per provided drawing of stainless steel ASTM grade 304 pipe (round/ rectangular and other sections) including cutting, welding, hoisting, polishing, buffing and all necessary holes, nuts, bolts, caps and anchor plates of stainless steel ASTM grade 304 complete as per design, drawing & direction of the Engineer incharge.

Providing and fixing of posts and required frame work as per provided drawing of stainless steel ASTM grade 304 pipe (round/ rectangular) including cutting, welding, hoisting, polishing, buffing and all necessary holes, nuts, bolts, caps and anchor plates of stainless steel ASTM grade 304 complete as per design, drawing & direction of the Engineer incharge.

Providing and cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 4mm thick Aluminium composite pannel sheet (ACP) made of two aluminium sheet of 0.50 mm thick each having a distance of 3.00 mm filled with rubber polymer to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge confirming to various concerned ASTM standards includes nuts and bolts / riveting (Measurements to be taken on the face area of sheet)

Supplying and fixing of micro prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to type XI of ASTM D4956 shall be pressure fixed to the full face of the ACP sheet as background sheet (in approved colour) and the top layer will be overlaid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create the desired road sign including cutting, cleaning, pasting etc. complete as per design, drawing and direction of Engineer in charge. (Payment shall be made for flat area of sheet excluding cost of ACP sheet.)

Providing & fixing in position High bond (VHB) double tape 24mm wide 2.3mm thick for jointing ACP sheet SS/MS frame including all process like cleaning, cutting, chemical application pressing etc. as per sample approved by Engineer incharge.

Providing & fixing Mosaic Glass tiles of size 15mm x 15mm and thickness 4mm square shape with modern style of mix color with having seat size 327mm x 327mm with Glazzed Matt, Neutral or Cumtom Carton of hot melt glass mosaic and color & texture as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Complete all in all repairing of 10HP openwell Submersible Pump including required necessary Rewinding, Bush Bar repairing/replacing, cleaning and repairing of Ampellaor, thrust plate etc.

Designing, Supply and fixing of (10HP X 1) 1no. electric control panel box for above pump of steel sheet enclosure with front door, back wall mounting type with detachable bottom plate with provision for incoming & outgoing cable.Box shall be powder coated with main incoming four pole MCB, three nos. back up HRC fuse, contractor, relay, Push Button, strips etc in complete all respect.

Providing & Fixing of 4'' S.S. 304 grade wire mesh Mesh Filter for Pump filtration of water at inlet of mono submersible pump. Filter made out of M.S.Sheet & Flats with inlet threaded nipple as per pump inlet. The S.S.mesh fitted on filter body aluminium but type rivet for proper strength.

Complete all in all repairing of 12" dia Dai Aluminium Ball Hub with making of Holes nd threads in damaged parts including preventing of lekage.

Supply of Boll fountain rods of 3/8 BSP threds of 30" length.

Supply of Boll fountain Nozzles made of Brass of 3/8 BSP threds.
