Contractor to insert here-in-below their rate percentage only by opting less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) – Rates at "E16' & 'F16' cell of this BOQ Excel sheet. If net Schedule Rates are offered AT PAR with MES Schedule, ‘0’ (ZERO) should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor here-in-above shall be deemed firm irrespective of calculations / amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.
