Removal and fixing of pick holders assembly and fitting of picks through welding process on feeder breaker crusher rolls. Scope of work : a) Removing of worn out pick holder by cutting with the help of gas cutting, dressing the seat of pick holder for proper angle fixing of pick holders and picks. b) Fixing of pick holder with low hydrogen iron powder welding electrodes -7018, 4 mm dia . c) Proper fixing of picks on pick holder. Terms and conditions : 1. Manpower: one welder (skilled) and one helper (semi-Skilled) required for rotating the crusher roll etc. in required group shall be provided by the contractor. 2. Welding electrodes, tools and tackles and welding m/c shall be provided by the contractor. 3. DA & 02 gas shall be provided by the contractor. 4. Machine shall be made available for the above work as per the requirement of the plant. 5. Pick holder and picks shall be provided by the department. 6. Power for welding machine shall be provided free of cost. 7. Location – Feeder breakers no – S2, S3, 15, 16, 20 and 21.
