Repair and Renovation of one suite at Krishna Atithi Grah Mathura

Dismantling existing plaster including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters. As per DSR S.I. No. 15.56

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. AS per DSR 13.88

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). As per DSR 6.1.1

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). As per DSR S.I. No. 13.1.1

Black granite Polished stone flooring with 18 mm thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing and polishing complete with : Black Granite Stone quality. As per DSR No. 11.23.4

Providing and fixing of With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness glazing in Z-section, windows, doors, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with Glass putty/beading etc. complete. As per S.I. No. 21.3.3

Fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm dia. wire and 1.4mm wide aperture with matching wood beading. As per DSR S.I. No. 9.7.8

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. As per DSR 13.80

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour :. As per S.I. No. 13.41.1

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) supply of all labour material and T&P required for proper completion of work. As per S.I. No. 13.46.1
