Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, HT electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 11000 Volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3 core laid in trenches /wall/pole complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation , earth work, sand cushioning for cable and cable protection cover shall be measured & paid under respective item.

M & L for laying & jointing 100 mm bore GI water tubing, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard-standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with & including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/taxi track / apron /floors etc)

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers any type/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV low voltage , type I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, jointing and testing 1100 Volt grade LT XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor cable of size 10 Sqmm to 25 Sqmm any core , laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Laying, jointing and testing 1100 Volt grade LT XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm any core , laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,armoured , (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed. M & L jointing and testing for provision of straight through joints, heat shrinkable, suitable for XLPE, LT UG Cable, 1100 Volts grade, for size 10 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm any core complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for making two holes (each hole of 20 mm dia) in existing street light steel tubular pole by using gas welding/ electric arc welding for insertion of wire for street lights. The holes should be made first at 1500 mm above ground level and second 1200 mm below top end of the pole including grinding the surface of pole for proper smoothness all as specified and directed.
