CEILING FAN M&L for servicing of ceiling fans, any sweep/size at existing position on various location of 7 AFH for maintenance after removing cable connection from ceiling rose, checking, tightening of thread of down rod, opening of fan, greasing/oiling of bush/ bearing, re-assembling and fixing the same in position including replacement of minor part such as split pin, lock bolt, check nut and cable flexible from ceiling rose to ceiling fan of site 23/0.0076 and connection etc including testing for its smooth running with and including writing MES No with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bearing, capacitor, bush etc. will be paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

Supply only following component for ceiling fan :-

Ball bearing for ceiling fan of size 6201 to 6204 Make: NBC/ SKF or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Capacitor of 2.5 Mfd Make: Unistar /EPCOS or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Gun metal bush as per sample

Ceiling fan blade set of three of 1200mm sweep.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan stator with appropriate gauge size super enameled copper wire including necessary insulation material after cleaning of stator for 1200 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 3.00 here in before but for 1400 mm sweep ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for spray painting to ceiling fan with down rod, blade etc. of any make and sweep installed at various locations of 7 AFH with two coat of Duco paint of approved colour & marking MES No including cleaning of old paint complete all as specified and directed.

EXHAUST FAN M&L for servicing of exhaust fans, any sweep/size at existing position on various locations of 7 AFH for maintenance after removing cable connection from ceiling rose, checking, tightening of nuts, bolts, opening of fan, greasing/oiling of bearing, re-assembling and fixing the same in position including replacement of minor part such as split pin and cable flexible from ceiling rose to ceiling fan of site 23/0.0076 and connection etc including testing for its smooth running with and including writing MES No with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note: Bearing, capacitor etc. will be paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M&L for rewinding exhaust fan stator with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge including necessary insulation material complete varnishing and heating the new winding for proper insulation including cutting the existing winding wire from the stator and cleaning the slot complete all as directed for following sizes:-

225 to 300mm sweep

450 mm sweep

Supply only following items for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed:-

Capacitor 4 Mfd, 230 Volt Make: Unistar/EPCOS or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Ball bearing No. 6201, 6202, 6203, 6204 of Make: NBC/SKF or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Exhaust fan blade of any sweep with screws/bolts, nuts.

Exhaust fan frame with louvers complete with nut & bolts etc.

PEDESTAL FAN M&L for repair & overhauling of defective Pedestal fan of any size by opening the blades, bearing, cleaning thoroughly internally & externally, providing fresh clean lubricants oil and greasing as required with and including M&L for rewinding the stator with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge with insulation materials, re-assembling the pedestal fan after replacement of defective components/ repair and replacing minor items such as clamp, back cover, screw lock, nuts, welding guards etc. including spray painting with a coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved shade after preparation of old surfaces and writing MES No. with black synthetic enamel paint including testing for its smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

Gun metal bush as per existing size.

Capacitor 4 Mfd, 230 Volts oil filled Make: Unistar/EPCOS or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only following items of wall mounted fans complete all as specified and directed:-

Capacitor 2.5 Mfd, 230 Volts Make: Unistar/EPCOS or Equivalent as approved by GE.

Gun metal bush as per existing size.

Fan shaft as per existing size.

M&L for replacement ceiling fan down rod of 2 ft, 2.5 ft, 3 ft and 4 ft made out from GI Pipe 25 mm bore dia, medium grade including fixing hook or clamp made out from iron complete with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of worn out street light bracket made out from GI Pipe 40 mm , light grade,1.5 mtr long bent to shape including fixing clamp made out from MS Flats of size 25x5 mm complete with nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

S&F SMC Junction box (Water Proof) of size 250x250x160 for street light poles with connector for connection incoming and outgoing cables including provn of 01 No MCB of SP 06 Amp to control the pole light circuit including 04 x aluminum bus bars strips 150x30x3mm of size mounting in the insulator and MS brackets made out of 32x4mm, F1 clamps with suitable nut, bolts and washers including suitable size of double compression cable glands for incoming and outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed Make Sintex/Finolex/Hensel.

M&L for replacement of PVC Twin core UN ARMOURED cable weather proof flat of size 6 sq mm solid aluminium conductor including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down care fully street light fitting of any type from wall /pole for repair and dismantling of the same cleaning thoroughly from out side and in side including replacement of unserviceable parts such as LED drivers etc and re fixing on the pole /wall and testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Spare parts required for repair shall be measured and paid separately as supply only).

Supply only following items for street lights complete all as specified and directed :-

LED driver of capacity 60 watt

LED driver of capacity 90 watt

LED driver of capacity 30 watt for Gate Lights

LED driver of capacity 10 watt for garden lights

Taking down carefully point wiring from existing place (light/fan, socket or power points complete) with all fittings such as switches, sockets ceiling rose , pendant holder, fitting and fixtures , MCB DB’s , MCB, Main switches, call bell etc and making good to disturbed surface to wall ,floor etc to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper or white colour wash all as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down care fully by unscrewing from boards /out let boxes ,fittings and fixtures such as Tube light fitting /of any type / /MCB DB etc . Note : - This item to be operated only when item found serviceable for re–use in work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring PVC FRLS insulated and unsheathed copper stranded conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm, 1100 V drawn in and including PVC casing and capping complete including cast iron/pressed steel terminal box 1.6 mm thick of required size Bakelite sheet 3mm thick for mounting switch , socket brass screws and washer including PVC insulated and unsheathed solid copper wire of size 1.5 Sq mm will be used as continuous earth wire for the following :-

One light /fan point controlled by one, one way switch

One 5/6 Amp socket on the same board with other switch

One 5/6 Amp socket on independent board.

One 3 pin 15 Amp socket independent but with 2.5 q mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor and earth wire with 1.5 Sqmm

One bell point controlled by one, one way bell push button.

All as per item No. 23.00 above but concealed drawn in and including non metallic PVC conduit medium grade complete all as specified and directed :-

One light fan point controlled by one way switch.

One 3 pin 5 Amp socket on the same board

One 3 pin 5 Amp socket on independent board.

One 3pin 15 Amp socket independent but with 2.5 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor and 1.5 Sq mm size PVC insulated solid copper conductor as earth continuity conductor.

One bell point controlled by one push bottom switch.

Fixing only any type of Tube light fitting obtained from Item No. 22.00 above Including making connection to ceiling rose /connector with copper flexible cable of size 1.5 sq mm all as specified and directed.

Note. Two run of cable and one run of PVC conduit and one run of earth continuity wire shall be measured as one run complete all as specified

All as per item No. 46.00 here in before but 6 Sqmm, 2 single core with PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conduct cable of size 4 Sqmm as earth lead complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement industrial type metal clad plug top & socket single pole and a natural link earth enclosure with MCB Sp 20 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable bulk head fitting of any type with LED bulk fitting with 6 watt LED complete connection with copper wire 23/0076 two core from ceiling rose to bulk head fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make C&S Model No. CG801B6WLED or equivalent model of Philips/Wipro/C&S complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement fluorescent tube light fitting complete energy efficient T-8 LED batten and integrated type signle tube 20 Watt, 4 ft long white complete with LED rod, LED driver and LED batten etc and all accessories pre wire and connecting up with copper three core flexible cord of min size 0.5 Sqmm and PVC connector etc including provision of hanging and wall mounting complete all as directed. Make Cormpton Greaves Cat Part No DMLN1LT8-16 and LTT8-20 or equivalent of C&S/Philips/Wipro/Havells complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of existing unserviceable recessed mounted luminaries with energy efficient 36 Watt LED type including making connection to ceiling rose with copper flexible wire of size 23/0076 all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Greaves model No. LCTLS-36-CDL or equivalent model of Philips/Wipro/ Havells/C&S complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional 25 sq mm 3.5 core, laid on wall/floor/trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 52.00 above but of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Isolator TPN , 100 Amp, 4 pole Isolator, 415 Volt complete all as specified in existing DB,S in replacement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing of exhaust fan including cutting of existing wall and making hole of required sizes for fixing of exhaust fan including nuts, bolts and washers and making good to disturbed surface of wall to match with existing surface either by using same colour distemper or white colour wash all as required and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
