Repair to pot holes, depth of pothole exceeding 30mm, not exceeding 01 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at the rate of 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface, (using Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam and sealed with binder 9.80 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller (including supply of premix macadam, binder and chippings), complete, all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and removing the rubbish away from site to a distance not exceeding 50m complete, all as specified and directed.

75mm thick (compacted thickness) Water Bound Macadam with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) with type of aggregate lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (viscosity grade paving bitumen of grade VG-10) at the rate of 10Kg per 10 Sqm of surface complete all as specified.

Premix bituminous macadam where ever required consolidated thickness 75mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5Kg per 10 Sqm of surface and laying bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Marking lines, dashes arrows etc of any description 10cm width / girth 2.5mm thick on road surface (as directed) using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with radium glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic / semi automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200° Celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material including demarcation at site and traffic control all as specified and as directed.

Cat eyes stud ABS body conforming to IRC-67 1977 having load capacity 40 Ton giving reflection on both sides including fixing with ep[oxy resin, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Greenlite /Dark Eye / Sinor Infrastructure / 3M / Gogia Plastic

Solar Road Stud having 3 LEDs of colours Red / Yellow on both side (i.e. total 06 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of size 125mm x 125mm x 20mm height with built-in stem nail 37mm x 37mm x 55mm long for fixing with epoxy, LEDs, Solar Cells, Battery and light sensor well protected, water resistant inside tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet top, system workable for 2 -3 days (nights) after full charge in 8 - 10 hours fixed complete all as specified and directed. Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (nominal mix), type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floor, complete all as specified & directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Nominal mix), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B1 (thickness 200mm or less as directed), using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring/paving, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and compacted with vibrator as directed, complete all as specified.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminious filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade ‘A’, thickness of concrete slab 200mm provided with and including 20mm dia mild steel dowel bars 50cm long (25cm in each slab) with ferrules spaced at 300mm centers including boring formwork and preformed filler for dowels, complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated stone or concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.
