Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Description alll as per item No 2 above but depth exc 1.5 m and n.exc 3 m all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with excavated soil all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns raft and raft beams sides and soffits of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M & L for use and waste of timber as in formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, column and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete square, circular, rectangular on plan or polygonal all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M30 (Design Mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT reinforcement Bars of 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT reinforcement bars of 5 mm dia and over up to 10 mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clip all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel 20mm dia screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed, end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut all as specified and as directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel work in tubular single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and set in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc., confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Fe 410 -W (Gde E- 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel sections conforming to as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedded in concrete and screwing etc., wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S & F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm , with broken stone or boulders , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:6) on fair faces of concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome paint all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75m mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, pavings, path etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes, 150mm bore as in half round gutters including fixing with PVC Clamps suitable for Non AC Sheet roof complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC 150mm dia drop ends/stop end suitable for 150mm half round valley gutters complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B', single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with connecting accessories all as specified and as directed.

S & F for PVC (SWR) bends 110mm bore of any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to pot holes of depth, n.exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 10 of any penetration at 5 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premixed carpet 3cm consolidated thickness with 0.27 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.6 Kg of binder, rolled and compacted to required gradient and premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 Cum of sand mixed with 6.8 Kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform surface all as specified and as directed. Note : Mix ratio specified above is for 2cm consolidated thickness, for 3cm consolidated thickness mix ratio to be modified accordingly
