Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Haulage of material/earth by mechanical transport inculding the cost of loading, unloading and stacking with lead of 5.0 Km complete in all respect as per satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. N.S.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting granular sub base material 150 mm thick compacted of natural sand, morrum, gravel crushed stone or combination thereof as per MORT&H specification confirming to clause 401 coarse graded grading – 3 as per table 400.1 of MORT&H specification, including spreading on the prepared sub grade with the help of tractor with planner of adequate capacity maintaining the requited slope and grade during operation, rolling with road roller 8-10 tone with the grade and cross fall (camber) to be checked and any high spot or depressing which becomes apparent, corrected by removing or adding fresh material, including cost of tools and plants, carriage of material from stacks, templates, barrier, lighting arrangement at night, chowkidar and maintenance of diversion etc. complete in all respect as per MORT&H specifications, density of GSB as laid 2 gms/cc complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge. Providing and fixing of factory manufactured precast concrete kerb of size 300mm x 300mm having 150mm thickness with one edge semi rounded duly vibrated mechanically and compacted made of P.C.C 1:2:4 duly cured and finished. The rate further include filling of joints between kerbs / channels with cement mortar 1:2 complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.

Providing and fixing 80mm thick high density rubber moulded precast cement concrete pavers block grey /coloured/ designer polished (manufactured by vibro hydraulic pressure process) consisting of design mix of cement, sand and fine aggregate having designation M-35 duly ISI Marked including the cost of best quality colours and hardening agents. The paver should be complied with tensile strength and breaking load as per BIS 6717-1993 and shall be tested against resistance to bear as per IS 1237-1980 (specification for cement concrete floor tiles). The paver should be laid over a layer of 25mm thick screened sand to the required slope and requirement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. N.S.
