NOTE :-
(a) Contractor will Check Earth Resistance Every Month and will be recorded in Register, and signature by user same will be put up to the Engineer-in-Charge on the every first Week, failing which a Sum of Rs. 100.00 per Day will be recovered from the Contractor.
(b) Earth Resistance Tester will be provided by the Contractor. (Tester should be caliberated from Authorised Company).
(c) Contractor will be responsible for pouring of water in the Earth Pits at his own arrangement with Water Tanker, etc.However, only Water will be provided by the Department.
(d) Checking of Earth Pits existing and improve it by watering/adding a layer of Salt/ Magnesium Sulphate/Charcoal, etc till desired value.(material will be supplied under relevant item).
(e) Contractor will be responsible for marking of Earth Check date and due date on existing Plate with paint as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.
(f) One Team (consisting 1 No. Electrician with 1 No. Helper) will be reported every Week to JE E/M for any specific instruction.
(g) Recovery for Penalty will be made as follows :-
(i) Earthing left without Checked in a Month - Rs. 50.00/Earthing
(ii) Earthing left without Watering in a Month - Rs. 100.00/Earthing
(iii) Absent of Electrician (for Week) - Rs. 600.00/Week

M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for additional/alteration (each cut measured) of size 50mm dia,complete all as specified and directed.
M & L for screwing existing steel tubing 50mm dia for taking new branch connection and complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix GI tubing, 20 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings laid in trenches including taking down of existing pipes and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fix in replacment bib tap, self closing type of cast iron or malleable cast iron, galvanised screw for fixing to iron pipe of size 20 mm dia,complete all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.50 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cable, pole or stay and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.
Returnig , filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Installation of Advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy Coated), ZINC COATED (80-100) microns with pure Zinc(99.9%) & ALLOY COATING (200-250)microns. Earthing System confirming IS 3034.The outer and inner pipe should be 48.3mm & 26.4mm 2 mtr Length, Zinc coated with additional special Alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the Terminal. The annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL(CF) (Crystalline Conductive Compound). The COMPACT FILL (CF) mixture which is machine pressed inthe pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by Electrodite & Conductolite Back Fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having ROHS Certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. the earth pit has been excavated 1mx1mx3m and filled with, GOOD EARTH ie Black cotton or moistures normal soil is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the arranged soil with BFC 2 Electrodite & 2 bags Conductolite BFC for installation of earth Electrode. Note:Earth strip for connection will be measured and paid seprately.The earthing value should be less than 2 Ohms for single earth. Make “ASHLOK”Model-ASEEL-39- ZC & AC / “INDELEC”, “MACMATE” and ABB or equivalent approved make.
Supply and fix Baron back fill compound(ELECTRODITE) 25KG a bag for filling in existing earthing , complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement PVC colour coated earthing strip insulator to existing earthing strip of any type/size on wall/floor including screw and necessar T&P with tensile strength 25 Mpa complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F in replacement of earthing funnel of 20 mm dia with wire-mesh complete all as specified and as directed.
S&F in replacement of earthing pit identifier / marker for lightening arrester made of MS plate 6 mm thick oval size having major axis 30 cm & minor axis 20 cm mounted on 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade project 60 cm above the ground and embeded suitably in concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 of size 20 cm x 20 cm x30 cm. The oval shape identifier & earthing pit cover shall be painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and writing letter e.g. LA 1/10 on the plate and earth pit cover,complete all as specified and as directed.
All as per item No. 30 above but the plate of shape having combition of rectangle & circle segment as directed for signal earth and writing letters e.g. SG 1/10 on the plate and earth pit cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Checking of any breaking in the Link of Earth Strip/Wire of Galvanised/ Copper/Aluminium any size and jointing them by or Brazing by using of nuts and bolts , complete all as specified and as directed.
