The foundation bolts and other accessories required for installation and successful commissioning of the pumping unit is included in the job.

Fabrication, providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 300mm ND MS Flanged pipe with 6.3mm wall thickness for Suction System of 02 Nos Pumps as per the following technical specifications: 1 Nominal Diameter = 300 mm 2 Thickness = 6.3 mm 3 Type of welding = ERW 4 Grade = Fe410 5 Quality of MS plate to be used for manufacture = As per IS 10748 6 Pipe to be manufactured = As per IS 3589 7 Preferable Make = Prakash Surya/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Tata or equivalent Make The pipes shall be fitted with M.S flanges (along with rubber gaskets, fasteners, etc.). The flanges shall be as per IS – 6392 (Table 11) with latest amendments. The job includes fitting material like nuts/ bolts & RI Cloth washer for all flanged connections, etc. The whole suction piping shall be applied with two coats of steel primer followed by two coats of black bituminous paint.

Fabrication, providing and installation of 300mm ND Mild steel Flanged bend (as per site requirement) for suction side duly fitted with M.S flanges at both ends as per Table 11 of IS 6392. The bend shall be 6.3 mm thick. The job includes painting in two coats with steel primer and bituminous paint.

Providing & installation of swing type flanged CI foot valve 300mm dia conforming to IS 4038.

Fabrication, providing, installation and testing of 300mm ND x 250mm ND and 500mm long Mild steel eccentric reducer 6.3 mm thick duly flanged on both sides. The reducer is to be fitted on suction side of pumping equipment. The specifications of M.S flanges shall be as per IS 6392 Table 11. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts-and-bolts washers on pump end, etc. and painting in two coat of steel primer followed by 02 coats of bituminous paint.

Fabrication, providing, installation and testing of 25mm ND x300mm ND and 500mm long 6.3 mm thick MS concentric increaser duly flanged on both sides. The increaser is to be fitted on the delivery side of pumping equipment. The specifications of M.S flanges shall be as per IS 6392 Table 11. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts-and-bolts washers on pump end, etc. and painting in two coats of steel primer followed by 02 coats of bituminous paint.

Fabrication, providing, installation and testing of 300mm ND 6.3mm thick MS flanged Pipe for delivery. The job includes fitting material like nuts/ bolts & RI Cloth washer, etc. & painting in two coat of steel primer and bituminous paint: 1 Nominal Diameter = 300 mm 2 Thickness = 6.3 mm 3 Type of welding = ERW 4 Grade = Fe410 5 Quality of MS plate to be used for manufacture = As per IS 10748 6 Pipe to be manufactured = As per IS 3589 7 Preferable Make = Prakash Surya/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Tata or equivalent Make The pipes shall be fitted with M.S flanges (along with rubber gaskets, fasteners, etc.). Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Sluice valve of 300mm size, PN 1.6 conforming to IS 14846 or equivalent international standard of following specification: - Material of construction: - a) Body, Bonnet, Wedge: Ductile iron b) Spindle/Stem: Stainless Steel as per IS 6603 c) Stem nut, seat ring: Bronze Grade LTB-2 as per IS 318 d) Bonnet Gasket: Neoprene/ EPDM rubber The job also includes providing and fitting of 200 mm size mating flanges compatible with flanges of the Valve along with necessary consumables and fitment material for installation of the same. Preferable Make: VAG/ Kirloskar/ TALIS/ AVK/ equivalent make as approved by the Department Note: Test certificate to be provided.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of DI Reflux Non-Return valve of 300mm size PN 1.6 generally conforming to IS-5312 or equivalent international standard with latest amendments. Material of construction: - Body, cover, door: Ductile Iron Seat ring, face ring, Plug: Bronze Grade LTB-2 as per IS 318 Surface Protection: Electro static epoxy powder coating. The job includes fabrication of By-pass arrangement for NRV as under: - i) Creating holes of 50 mm using gas cutter. ii) Providing and fitting of 50 mm NB GI/ Steel pipe heavy class of required length along with 02 Nos. of elbows iii) Providing and fitting of 01 No. SS ball valve 50 mm of reputed make Preferable Make: VAG/ Kirloskar/ TALIS/ AVK/ equivalent make as approved by the Department Note: Test certificate to be provided.

The job also includes p/f of 7.5HP DOL Starter along with 4.0 Sqmm cable 30 Mtrs length approx.

Fabrication, providing and fitting of working platform fabricated out of ISMC 100 to be erected within the pump house to form the rectangular rigid frame structure of size 6M x 3 M. ISMC 100: - {(2x6 m) +(3x3)} m=21Mtrs The ISMC-100 Main girder shall be welded together through the bracings/stiffeners of ISMC 75x40mm at specific spots The job includes providing and fitting of M.S chequered plate 6mm thick to the rectangular ISMB frame of size 11Mx1.5M with necessary bracings out of ISA 50x50x6. The job also includes the formation of suitable opening at the requisite spots for installation of suction pipes. The job is to carried out as per the instructions of engineer in-charge. Total = 1270.32 Kg Rate as per SOR 2022 @ Rs 141.4 per Kg plus additional 6% GST on SOR items.

The chain pulley block and monorail shall be of Indef/ /Pull lift/ Globe make. The whole job and its components are to be executed as per relevant IS Code and the executing agency shall visit the site before undertaking the work. The whole structure shall be applied with two coats of steel primer. Note: Test certificate of CP block to be provided. Rate as per SOR 2022 @ Rs 138.2 per Kg plus additional 6% GST on SOR items.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand, shade and manufacture to give an even shade in two coats on the structure work 1. Working platform 2. OHT Gantry: Bridge girder, runway girder, end carriages and other fixtures - yellow shade of reputed make. Sump Gantry: Vertical posts- black; I-beam yellow or as directed by site Engineer

(B) Electrical Part.

Providing, fitting, laying & successful commissioning of 240 sq. mm Single core Solid strand unarmoured, XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed Copper cables suitable for voltage grade 1.1 Kv as per IS 7098-1 with latest amendments in Six lengths /runs for connecting Starter assemblies fitted in New L.T Modular control panel within pump house with the Starter and Voltage Stabilizer. Connections shall be made proper by appropriate long barrel Cu thimbles/ lugs using proper hydraulic crimping tools and insulation Tapping’s.

Providing, fitting, laying & successful commissioning of 150 sq. mm Single core Solid strand unarmoured, XLPE insulated PVC Sheathed Copper cables suitable for voltage grade 1.1 Kv as per IS 7098-1 with latest amendments in Six lengths /runs for connecting Starter assemblies fitted in New L.T Modular control panel within pump house with the Horizontal Motor. Supply, Laying, Fitting, Testing and Commissioning of XLPE Armoured 3.5 C x 500 Sq mm Aluminium cable conforming to IS-7098 for use as Main Service line and DG Set Line. The cable shall be drawn from Mains and DG Set to Main LT panel as per the directions of Engineer in charge. The job also includes crimping of terminal ends of the cable with Hydraulic tool and providing & fitting of corresponding Aluminium lugs. The Cable Shall be of reputed make.

Electrification of pump house: - Providing, fitting and installation of 50-watt LED flood lights inside and outside the pump house walls and where ever necessary as per requirement, comprising of brackets and necessary fixtures reqd. for fitting the flood lights etc. The job includes wiring of required size & S/W of required amperage.

Providing & fitting of 1200mm sweep ceiling fan.

Providing & fitting of 300mm sweep exhaust fan.

LED 9-watt lamps

Earthing: P/I of earthing station comprising of company fabricated earthing electrode as per IS : 3043 . The job includes Auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes connecting of electric gadgets through GI strip, making of surface structure in brick/cement concrete material as per relevant standards. The Electrode shall be of reputed make. STRUCTURAL STEEL
