M&L 15mm thick ready mix plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (internal and external surfaces or in patches) in two layers (thickness of each layer not more than 10 mm) finished even & smooth. The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning, Flushing off chocked and desilting of outdoor sewage lines n. exc 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter. The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of diesel/electric operated vehicle mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting machines fitted with pump of requisite capacity and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. The sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precautions, equipments and with strict supervision complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanised operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower, etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited. (c) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall deem to include the cost of providing skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc.

Desludging of existing manholes of depth upto 2 mtr (vol of MH exc 0.20 cum but not exc 2.88 cum) for liquid, solids and slurry material by mechanical means using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator and supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc removed to outside the MoD land/premises at any distance all as directed by engr-in-charge including loading, unloading, digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, scouring sludge/silt/spoil/mud, etc. into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower, etc. along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine. (b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanised operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorised disposal site. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation for manholes/shafts or sewer lines etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan & n. exc. 1.5 m in depth & getting out any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15 cm in thickness, below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up 100mm dia drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete)set in cement mortar & removing demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for SGSW drain pipe grade 'A' 100mm bore (internal) including laying in trenches and jointing in cement & sand mortar 1:2 & testing complete all as specified and directed.
