Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type or position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought or mild steel work of any description as in fillets, fencing post, gate, hinges etc all as specified and as directed by Engr In Charge

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation concrete, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for reinforced cement concrete type A-1, 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) In precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area in exceeding 100 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and as directed.

All same as item No 08 above, but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders all as specified and as directed.

All same as item No 08 above, but MS round bar 10mm dia and above of Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of MS flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exceeding 15cm and n.exc 22.5cm long, diameter of the shank 11 to 15mm all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Synthetic enamel Painting to new steel surface n exceeding 10cm width over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of PVC coated chain link fencing of mesh size 50x 50 mm & made out of 3 mm GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC coating, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing of Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including priming with red oxide/ zinc over preparation of new untreated surface all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded granite stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, pavings etc surface finished rough to receive topping layer all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with cement and pigment as in floors, path, pavings etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and as directed.

NOTE : An Amount of Rs 13,495.00/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum
