SPECIAL REPAIRS TO REPLACEMENT OF LED LIGHT FITTINGS AT CQAR PROVISION OF SOLAR LIGHT FITTINDS AND HIGH MAST SECURITY LIGHTS UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 mtr hight high mast shaft in two sections suitable for 50 m/sec wind speed, with rising and lowering system, comprising of head frame, luminaries carriage suitable to install 8 Nos luminaries in symmetrical arrangement, double dum winch, 6 mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, mannual handle, junction box, lightening finial including complete wiring up to luminaries all as specified and as directed comprising of the following additional items/works :- (a) Foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template -02 sets. (b) LED flood light luminaries all as per Bajaj Cat No. BJFL 150 Watt LED Flood lights or techno commrcially equivalent makes specified in PS -16 Nos. (c) TWIN DOME LED type dome aviation obstruction light -02 Nos. Contd/.. 1.02

Contd/.. 1.01 (d) Out door stand mounted feeder pillar with 40 Amps TPN MCB as incomer, single dial time switch, 25 Amps TP contactor for automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 Nos of 9 Amps contactors , raise/ lower push button, incoming 35 sq.mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq.mm terminals. -02 Nos. (e) Construction of shallow foundation with M-25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 ton/sqm at 2 mtr depth with all materials and labour including earth work - 02 Jobs. (f) Erection of high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable conductor cores of 1.5 sq.mm with lugs and MCBs of suitable capacity. - 02 Jobs. (g) GI pipe earthing for high mast with 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade including connection to high mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI strip with all materials as per site requirement -04 Sets.

XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured and PVC bedded, heavy duty, LT cable 16 sq.mm, 4 core, 1100 volts grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor, including cable glands, cable lugs etc., to suit the cable size, laid in trenches, or fixed along with the poles, bare or through GI pipe, laid under floors / road etc., fixed / concealed in walls / encased in GI pipe etc., jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in deep for cable and getting in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard / dense soil etc complete as specified as directed.

Removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m but n. exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Sand cushioning in layers for cables in trenches / ducts for cable including consolidation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

Bricks, sub class 'B' of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including provision of HDPE pipe of 100 mm dia bore suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure all as specified and as directed.

Recess mounted slim LED Luminaire of size 2' x 2' with complete diffuser fitting, including 36 Watts 5700 K lamp, with white powder coated CRCA housing with LEDs seamless front frame with flat white high transmission arcylic cover with aluminium frame for POP/Gypsum board as per site requirement complete with accessories all as per Bajaj model No BZRSQL36W XL WH or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete including taking down old unserviceable fittings all as specified and directed.

LED batten suitable for indoor applications 18 Watts, 4 feet with polycarbonate housing and integrated LED channel with white arcylic cover complete with all accessories all as per Bajaj Cat No. BCLSB 18 WH or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including taking out old fittings all as specified and directed.

Aluminium extruded suspended type LED light fitting indoor applications 36 Watts with suspension chain/rod including jointing kit with required accessories all as per Havells Cat No:-DESTELLO50LP/S36W LED 840 SPMMA WH, or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete including taking down old unserviceable fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LED Solar Street light ALL IN ONE TYPE with inbuilt battery, SPV module of capacity 60 Watt of light source and 90 watt SPV panel, IP 66 protection, Luminous efficiacy 120 Lm / watt, colour temperature 6000 K - 6500 K, battery 12 V, 42 AH including charging system with overload protecion, light sensor devices, GI /MS pole of suitable dia of length 6 to 7 mtr duly painted etc., all as per Bajaj Model no:-112584 SOLAR BSZSL 60 W LED or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Earth work excavation, PCC required for foundation as per the manufacturers recomendations shall be included in the quoted rate.
