Taking up or down old 15mm bore GI tubing including, cleaning for refixing and refixing same in new or old position in floor, wall or ceiling all as directed including provision of new fitting as per site requirement complete. Note:- The quoted rate is deemed to be including the cost of new fitting.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile with including 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling existing floor tiling including cement mortar bedding and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified. Note: Only course sand shall be used in screed bed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 x 350mm, 7 to 8mm thick in verticle surfaces such as dado / skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement pigmented to the match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) as backing coat and finish the surface rough to receive the tile including dismantling existing hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) etc on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) 110mm bore pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls with and including MS clamps including taking down existing eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern ), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc. (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on internal wall surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on external wall surfaces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement mixed with liquid water proofing material as per manufacturer's instruction including taking down old cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified. (Liquid water proofing material shall be measured and paid for separately.)

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar in (1:3) finishing the surfaces even and smooth on ceiling including taking down old cement plaster and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 km but not exceeding 2 km etc complete all as specified.

Taking out sealing compound from partially filled joints of size 10mm wide upto complete depth of filled material (approx 30mm deep) from rigid concrete pavements/slab, cleaning of joints with burshes and fanning with compressor air to remove all loose dirt/dust etc. and M&L for priming and refilling the joints with new sealing compound grade 'B' complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, marking etc of 2.0 mm thick film on new surfaces or previously treated road/ runway/ helirunway surfaces with hot applied retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White / Golden yellow) conforming to MORT&H (clause 803.4) all as specified with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree C including cleaning and drying the existing road surfaces to ensure dust, oil, grease and moisture free surfaces before applying the paint including complete removal of existing thermoplastic paint with steel patti, wire brush and high pressure compressor jet etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Automark/ 3M/ nerolac.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying the following:- (i) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surfaces & smoothening the surface with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc (preparatory to paint as directed) complete all as specified. (ii) Two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint by using airless spray/ roller over and including a coat of acylic internal primer. Note :- Contractor may use manual tools for surface preparation with prior approval of Engg- in- charge in writing in case use of mechanical equipments are not possible.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layears) by scrapping with steel wire brushes or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying the following:- (i) Applying wall care putty in two coats on wall surfaces & smoothening the surface with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc (preparatory to paint as directed) complete all as specified. (ii) Two coats of 100% acrylic emulsion paint by using airless spray/ roller over and including a coat of acylic internal primer. M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall (any number of layears) by scrapping with steel wire brushes or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces and apply two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on old prepared surfaces of wall.

M&L for two coats of white wash including preparation of old surfaces of ceiling.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings.

Internal Electrification

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable copper / aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket) complete including removal of unserviceable fittings such as switches, switch-sockets, ceiling roses, light fittings etc and removing the retrieved materials from site including making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceilings etc to match with the adjoining work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring with multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable, 1100 volts grade PVC insulated and unsheathed of size 1.5 Sqmm single core in existing PVC concealed conduit and existing MS sunken box and 3 mm thick bakelite laminated sheet top cover for one fan / light controlled by one switch including provision of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed with single core, multi stranded copper conductor FRLSH cable as earth wire to common earth & connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 68 here in before but for socket outlet 5 pin, 6 Amp on independent board but not below the switch board complete all as specified .

S & F in repairs for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw of brass / gun metal.

M & L for air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long with one end threaded.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recessed or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe for loop earthing etc. or any other indicated situation as required by using 4 mm dia GI earth lead wire complete.

M & L for Aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete.

Supply and laying GI tubing, light grade, 15mm bore complete with all fittings for cable and earth continuity strip protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete including taking down old pipe of any size/type.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground to depth of pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal / coal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade upto the extent of 7.5 metre and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board including GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering, MS funnel and bringing out the watering pipe upto 30 cm above the normal ground level plugged at top including all fitting including PCC earth pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC pit cover including necessary earthwork and excavation in any type of soil complete all as specified as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing on completion. Note :- (a) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from earth pit. Pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (b) 4mm dia GI wire and 15mm dia light grade GI protection pipe upto 7.5 metre shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
