Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide but for additional 1.50 mtr (1.50 to 3.00 mtr ) depth or part there of in depth beyond the first 1.50 mtr for taking out / laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well burnt sub class 'B' bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

Relaying of serviceable bricks of nominal size 230X115X75 mm abutting each other for mechanical protection of cable with width equal to lenght of brick complete all as specified.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement GI protection pipe of 50 mm dia light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/ walls with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified. Note:- Earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per item No. 9.00 above but pipe of 80 mm dia.

Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable cable of size 16/ 25/ 35/ 50 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core of any make/ type and keeping aside for the purpose of rerouting/ relaying in new location/ for requisite replacement/ further disposal complete including taking out bricks complete all as specified. (Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately).

Note: (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/ damaged LT cable/joint retrived will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit. (iii) Excavation and returning/filling required for straight through joints will be included in the quoted rate. If the excavation required more than 15 RM for joint of cable then it will be measured in respective item.

Material and Labour for repairs/replacement of stay assembly with accessories as shown in electrical plate No.1 complete with diamter of stay Rod 20 mm inclusive of loop type insulators, stay clamps including dismatling of old unserviceable stay assembly , loop insulators, stay rod complete including demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation , earth work will be measured and paid seperately

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles, stay etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for coping including necessary framework, finished fair using exta cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of LT over head ACSR conductor (Squirral/ Weasel type) from pin, disc, shackle insulators with suitable binding wire to insulators including dismantling of existing unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia from LT overhead poles including dismantling of existing galvanised steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of pin type, porcelain vitreous while brown of green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete including dismantling old unserviceable all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of shackle type insulator porcelain virtuous white, brown or green, 75mm height, 90mm dia for 1100 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel straps washers insulator bolts washers and nuts including dismantling old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vice type connectors consisting of two brass plates, two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal or unequal sizes for non-tension connections 'including treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC line separator suitable for 4 wire LT overhead lines at any height/ loaction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC line separator suitable for 2 wire LT overhead lines at any height/ location complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining of LT overhead ACSR conductor from pin, disc, shackle insulators with suitable binding wire to insulators including dismantling of existing ACSR conductor for restraining and refixing same with connecting in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for restraining of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia from LT poles including dismantling of existing galvanised steel wire for restraining and refixing same with connecting in position to LT poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tree trimming cut away dead or excess branches from trees or shrubs to maintain clearance along with over head power lines using climbing equipment and collecting the debris for disposal and removing broken limbs from electric wires by using hooked extension poles complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- Span is taken as distance between two adjacent poles.

Supply and fixing in repair of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of 20x15cm size for LT system complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 6 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in repairs 10 Sqmm twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of MCCB, TPN 400 Amps, 36KA breaking capacity with overload and thermal tripping features, 415 volts, AC, 50 Hz complete with suitable spreader all as specified and directed Note: Minor addition and alteration and requirement of nuts and bolts, cable lugs for fixing of MCCB in existing panel deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flex fiber board of minimum thickness 5mm, surface/ wall mounting type, digitally printed with letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) as per sample including cutting into pieces as per site requirement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line (except embedded portion), 8.5/9 Mtrs long complete including all MS work mounted on pole, earth protection & water pipe (if exists) by necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and applying two coat of aluminium paint and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair of busbar chamber box AC 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire wall mounting type structure of minimum size 0.6mx0.6mx0.45m with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA steel sheet including 4 Nos aluminium bus bar 200 Amps supported on non hygroscopic fibres and brass screws having 4 Nos hole on each busbar with nuts, bolts & washers and suitable mounting arrangement for bus bars having sloping canopy at top with suitable locking arrangement duly powder coated finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exceeding 30 cm high as per colour scheme all as specified.

M&L for repair/ maintenance of LT panel door by replacement of hinges and locking arrangement including necessary welding/ nuts, bolts, washers as per existing size/ type complete all as specified and directed. (Note: One side door will be measured & paid as one job).
