Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes 25 mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC 25 mm dia female brass treaded adopter (FBTA) complete all as specified and as directed

S & F mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges:large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete roofs, (other than ground floor), over head water tanks on terrace (4 storeyed bldgs) or similar works, including cutting, removing the reinforcements and carefully lowering the debris to the ground without any damage to the existing structure and vehicles for further removal etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished building materials/ debris, etc to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 2 Km, including loading, unloading and lowering of material from roof etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The measurement shall be calculated as per section 21 of SSR Part II (2020).

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone agreegate) in bands, plinth courses, bed plates, base for water tanks etc at roof level or similar works, including necessary formwork, finish the exposed surface fair and even, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering on top of roof slab or similar concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, 15mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 Ltrs. Capacity HDPE triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (cylinder vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 Ltrs. Capacity HDPE triple layer rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (cylinder vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as per IS complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in 25 mm dia CPVC gate Valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 25 mm bore Ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 25mm-455gms) complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F nipple suitable for HDPE water tanks, PTMT, size suitable to 25 mm bore dia pipe (Min weight 45 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC tank union of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CPVC tank adapter of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No 1 to 16: (a) All the items to be carried out G+3 storied building. Hence bidders requested to quote accordingly. (b) All the items to be carried out without disturbing the regular water supply to the occupant in the quarters.
