Cold Milling to a Depth of 40mm

Conveyance Charges for milling materials to the work site to designated dumping yard

Supplying and fabricating STEEL including cutting, bending hooks, cranking, fabricating, assembling and laying in exact position,typing with soft steel wire 16 gauge ,etc., complete conforming to BIS std.

Refilling with excavated earth in regular layers of 15cm thickeach including carefully ramming, watering, consolidating, etc.,complete for foundation and basement.

Carting away the surplus earth/debris to a lead of 12km.including Loading, unloading and dumping in the Corporation Land as directed during execution

Supplying of 160mm dia PVC pipe with ISI Monogram (working pressure 6kg/cm2) for sanitary pipes

Supplying & Jointing 20mm dia PVC pipe.including cutting, threading and jointing with necessary specials fixing to wall with clamps and screws including making holes in the wall or drilling holes in roof and making good the wall or roof after fixing with necessar scaffolding etc., complete

Providing Iron Barricading of size 2m width and 1 m height with 40mm dia MS Tubular pipe for vertical supports on both sides and three lines of barricading with 25mm size MS tubular pipe and 2 x 1m M.S. Sheet with name board of size 0.60 x 0.45 m size M.S.sheet (20 gauge) including Cutting, Welding, fabrication charges and one coat of primer and 2 coats of enamel paint of approved quality with fixing of indication with reflecting stickers and necessary interlocking arrangements with adjoining units and placing the barricading units as directed at the site for a period of 28 days. The M.S. Sheet barricading is a temproray barricading and can be removed and reused after the completion of work in a particular stretch.

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit With Rain Water Harvesting Structure of inner size 600 X 600 x 600 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under walls 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth, with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 10.60 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame Clear opening of size 600 x 600mm of class C-250 (Heavy Duty 25MT) - completing the finishing work etc., cost per each number. Using Hand Bore Set drilling of bore hole of 300mm dia upto 4.35m depth including shifting of the hand bore from one place to another place within 5 km and filling in with 40mm HBG metal with 200mmdia pvc pipe 6kg/cm2

Construction of cast -in- situ Silt Catch Pit of inner size 450 X 450 X 450 mm including necessary earth work excavation including providing foundation in PCC 1:5:10 under wall 150mm thick and cutting the existing storm water drain of size 300 x 150mm for fixing 2 Nos of 160mm dia PVC pipe on the storm water drain mouth with RCC cast in situ wall of size 120mm in RCC 1:1.5:3 with steel of 9.25 kg including fixing Ductile Iron grating hinged with frame clear opening 450 x 450mm -25 MT - completing the finishing work etc.

Supplying and fixing of 24" FRC manhole cover with frame 600mm dia clear opening heavy duty as per IS:12592/2002. The frame & cover shall bear a non fracture load of 20MT for 30seconds with frame height of 165mm, cover height 90mm, Bearing (Seating area of cover)75mm with Hot Dip Galvanizing Hook of cover 16mm, frame edge protection flat of size 25 x 3mm exposed surface of M.S. rings shall be painted with anti corrosive bitumastic paint

Hire charges for diesel pumpset above 3Hp to 7.5Hp with fuel and crew charges including transportation

Towards the hire charges for providing temporary approach platforms to the residences near execution site including the cost of fabrication,placing properly across the drains removing the same after the work is complete etc as directed by Engineer in charge. The approach platform will be made of 2.40mx1.20m - 6mm MS sheet fabricated with 50mm dia B-class MS pipe- 3.6m at bottom longitudinal and 3 Nos MS flat 25mmx6mm cross direction and both side of hand rail with 50mm dia 1 No of horizontal and 2 Nos of Vertical support including fixing MS flat drilled and suitable for joining with bolts and nuts including cost of materials, welding, painting etc complete

Dismantling RCC Slab(reinforcement is being corroded) from Strom Water Drain - Steel is declared unfit for reuse

Dismantling the existing brick or stone masonry work in cement mortar under 3m high including carefully clearing the debris etc.,complete

Supplying and fixing of FRP manhole door with cover 900mm dia (cirucular) Heavy Duty (20 - MT) load capacity of approved brand confirming to BSEN – 124:1994. Product shall have top abrasion resistant layer of decorative grey granite finish confirming to test performed as per IS – 15658:2006. It shall also confirm “Permanent Set” criterion as per BSEN-124. Product should be tested in NABL accredited test lab for load capacity and permanent set. The lifting arrangement should have an insert of 5mm in SS 304 socket type with key hole.

Extra Labour for RCC precase works including moulding with necessary centering materials plastering the exposed surface withC.M.1:3 (1 cement and 3 Crushed Stone Sand (Commercially called M-Sand)) 10mm thick and rendering smooth with cement at 1.5kg per 1sq.m.curing for 7 days fixing inposition,etc.,complete as directed furing execution.
