Servicing, maint including replacement of the gasket, silica gel, greasing etc of the 33 KV power transformers of capacity 2500 KVA by taking out of the sampe of transformer oil from conservator for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for present of moist present of moisure, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filteration) of trasformer oil through mobile filteration plant/ mannualy by experts by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less that 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. (Main receiving stn Skv 2 x 2.5 MVA )

Servicing, replacement of damaged/defective gaskets, greasing, nuts bolts etc of transformer of capacity 500 KVA by taking of the sampe of transformer oil from conservator for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for present of moist present of moisure, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filteration) of trasformer oil through mobile filteration plant/ mannualy by experts by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less that 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. ( Skv-02, Dmr-1, DPU-2, ARCH-1 = 6 Job)

Servicing, repair/maint incl replacement of gasket, defective relays, tapchanger, greasing, silicagel etc of transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA by taking of the sampe of transformer oil from conservator for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for present of moist present of moisure, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filteration) of trasformer oil through mobile filteration plant/ mannualy by experts by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less that 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. Servicing repair/maint incl replacement of gasket, defective relays, tapchanger, greasing, silicagel of transformer of capacity 63 to 100 KVA by taking of the sampe of transformer oil from conservator for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for present of moist present of moisure, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filteration) of trasformer oil through mobile filteration plant/ mannualy by experts by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less that 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. (SKV- 04)

Servicing repair/maint incl replacement of gasket, defective relays, tapchanger, greasing, silicagel of transformer of capacity 25 KVA by taking of the sampe of transformer oil from conservator for checking the di-electric strength and acidity test of oil for present of moist present of moisure, impurities etc after the dehydration including de-hydration (filteration) of trasformer oil through mobile filteration plant/ mannualy by experts by switching off HT power supply and taking all safety precautions so as to achieve dielectric strength not less that 36 to 45 KV per minute rupturing capacity and switch on supply, charging of transformer all as directed. Note : (Ser No 1 to 8 here-in-before) Oil taopping of required quantity will be paid separately on measurement as per schedule of this work, work will be carried out all location of ARTC & S. Wk will be carried out through authorised repairer from state/Central Govt Agencies. (Skv-1)

M&L for Replacement of bushing insulator (male and female with gasket) complete set as per sample for 500 KVA transformer.

M&L for Replacement of bushing insulator (male and female with gasket) complete set as per sample for 200 to 315 KVA transformer.

M&L for Replacement of bushing insulator (male and female with gasket) complete set as per sample for 100 KVA transformer.

Supply and topping of filtered transformer oil for all type of transformers, testing of oil will be done before filling in transformers, limits will be specified as per standard parameters of IS standard.

Earthing with copper earth plate 300 mm X 300 mm X 6 mm thickincluding accessories, and providing masonry enclosure withcover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 1.5 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.(set of 2)
