Dismantling different damaged & usable electrical accessories from damaged pump house. Labour charges for dismantling the voltage stabilizer, automatic panel, main switch, busbar, chlorine machine , 220 volt & 440 volt wiring, internal & outside lighting set, & other usable accessories from damaged pump house by engaging skilled and unskilled labour as per direction of EIC.

Fitting & fixing of below mention items after renovation of pump house- Making internal electrification with 16Amp main switch/MCB (Make: Havells/ABB/ approved make) by 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH grade copper PVC insulated single core multistrand wire (Make: Havells/ Mescab/ Finolex/ approved make) in PVC casing of pump house consisting of 2 nos. bracket point, 1 no. tube light point, 1 no. bulk head point and 1 no. five pin 5 amp. socket point, 1 no. ceiling fan point with controlling switches including supply of 2 nos. bracket with 12W LED lamp, 1 no. 20 watt LED tube light set, 1 no. outdoor type bulk head with 9W LED lamp and drawing of necessary earthing (1.0 sq.mm) material all complete as per direction EIC. (LED light Make: Philips/ Havells / approved make).

Supply & delivery of following items ;

4 pole 100 Amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. Changeover unit (Make- Havells / ABB/Approved)

100 amp. 440 V, 50 Hz. TPN Main switch with rewireable type porcelein fuse unit (Make: Havells/ Standard)

Supply & delivery of 100 Amp 4 pole MCCB with adjustable overload and adjacent short circuit protection including enclosures. (Make- Havells/ Siemens [Model No. 3VT] / ABB)

100 Amp. Industrial Busbar Chamber wall mounted (Make: Havells/ Standard/ Siemens)

35 sq. mm. 3 1/2 core PVC insulated Al. armoured cable (1.1 KV grade), IS 1554 (Part - I) / IS 7098 (Part-I) (Make : INCAB / Gloster / NICCO / Polycab / Crystal)

125 mm. dia non return valve (swing type - 1 no.) PN - 1.0 (make : valve I.V.I / I.V.C / Kirloskar / Upadhya) as per relavant I.S. (Test certificate for valve should be submitted at the time of delivery).

Installation of above supply items (Sl no.-3) & usable automatic panel, voltage stabilizer, and other accessories on renovated pump house with making stabiliser foundation and all electrical connection complete with testing of the whole installation as per entire satisfaction of EIC.

Supply & fitting, fixing of fully automatic star delta starter with overload relay (range 13.2- 20) protection. [Make : L&T (model- ML - 1.5 FASD) / Siemens. ]

Supply & fitting fixing of 100 Amp. Kit kat (3 nos.) (Make : Havells) with required size wooden board mounted on wall.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below :

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials :

Supply, delivery & fitting fixing of 48'' high speed celling fan (Make : Havells/CG/ Approved make) including Fitting fixing of celing fan on ceiling by supplying of Fastner, bolt, nut & washer etc. as required size.

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. x 1 no. LED light set [Make - Philips, Model: BRP031 LED45 CW SLR GR PSU] with 1 no 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with properly grout including making power connection by 2 x 1.5 sq. mm copper FR grade flexible wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), fitting fixing of 15 amp switch on board with all complete as per direction of EIC.

Earthing confirming to IS: 3043 by 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64mm thick x 3.04m long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 mts. Long), 13mm dia x 80mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers including supply & fixing of 15mm dia GI pipe protection (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mtrs below the ground level and restoring surface duly rammed as below.

a) For Soft Soil By TATA - Medium GI pipe

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20mm x 3mm galvanised (hot dip) MS flat on wall / floor with GI saddles as required and connection to equipments including drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply and delivery at site split type M.S. fabricated suitable tubewell cover for the tubewell housing with necessary clamping arrangement including holes for column pipe, Air pipe and cable entry etc.

Making of tubewell foundation (size- 3'x 3'x 3.5' approx) as per site situation including supply of necessary materials as bricks, sand, cement, stone chips etc. with plastering & neat cement finishing to complete as per direction.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint (Blue) of approved make and brand including priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc. and painting of plastering surface of tubewell foundation, pipe line, short piece, valve etc. It includes the cost of paint, primer, labour charges all complete.
