Demolishing/ Dismantling of existing 1 no. of RIICO Store and 1 no. of RIICO CWR of approximate plinth area 1600.23 sqft and 950.22 sqft respectively excluding outer boundary wall of office campus at ind area Makrana with loading, unloading and transportation of serviceable/unserviceable material recovered from fixed assets of building from site to disposal outside RIICO Industrial area. The work will be treated as completed on clearance of plot earmarked for the construction of new office building upto ground level as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Note:- A.Bidder is advised to inspect the site before quoting the prices. B. The bidder is advised to quote the net value of complete job and the highest net rate quoted will be treated as successful bidder. C.Net value = Estimated value of recordable /serviceable material - value for demolishing/dismantling, loading ,unloading, transportation and site clearance etc. (to quote Lump sum for complete work).Industrial area
