Supply, Laying, jointing and testing in replacement of under electric cable XLPE insulated, 1100 volt grade heavy duty armoured with stranded aluminium conductor laid in trenches /duct /pipe including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following sizes:-

(Note- Three runs of 6 Sqmm for the three Phase, one run 6 Sqmm for the neutral and one run for earth conductor 6 Sqmm and PVC conduit conduit shall be measured in a single run i.e. RM)

S & F in replacement of Load Break 3 Pole ON- Off switch for AC plant control panel complete.

M & L in replacement for control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLS unseathed power cable 1100 Volt with stranded copper conductor including all electrical connection with required lugs and nuts, bolts complete.

Checking the interlocking control and attending the compaint of Control panel wiring of AC plant and making it fully serviceable with and including all size of wires, thimble, PVC, bakelight, connection plate Nut bolt, MCB, Indicator Lamp, MO NC block and other items. Note 01:- After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally to the contractor to arrange the machanic to attend the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 2 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Sch / BoQ. Note 02: If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 03 : If contractor fails to attend complaint with in given time frame, the recovery of Rs 400/ Hrs will be implemented.

S&F installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of VFD 4 KW/5HP, Panel mounted complete all as specified and directed.Make : L&T / Schneider Elect / Siemens / ABB

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including provision of 40 mm GI Tubing light grade for protection of earth strip and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with CI cover, Charcol, salt, funnel, wire mesh, GI strip Up to 7.5 mtrs length complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Earth continuity conductor 32x6 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32 x 6 mm dia galvanised iron strip

Comprehensive/ Routine maintenance of AFM SYSREM of following items:- a) HMI with 7” touch screen display -09 Nos b) Controllers for AHUs – 09 Nos c) Differential Pressure Switch; Qty-18 N0s d) Differential Pressure Sensor Air; Qty- 18 Nos e) Duct type temperature and RH Sensor; Qty- 09 Nos Note 01:- After intimation of breakdown by JE/ AGE E/M through telephone or verbally, the contractor should arrange the machanic to attendential pressure Switch for the complaint in side BHDC premisis within 24 hours and make them functional, if any item required the same shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Sch / BoQ. Note 02: If complaint intimation is done after 1600 hrs then complaint to be attented by contractor at 800 hrs next day. Note 03 : If contractor fails to attend complaint with in time frame, the recovery of Rs400/ Hrs will be implemented. Note 04: All above complaint attend by original AFM OEM the cost of spares and labour for any minor or major repairs of AFM System as and when required (as recommended by the OEM SIEMENS during inspection/ analysis report) shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and rate for the same are deemed to be included in the unit rates of item as above

Supply and fixing in replacement of wire mesh cable trays of size CF54/100, including all accessories , manufactured with a longitudinal 'T' welded, safety edge, constructed with 50x100mm mesh configuration with all accessories including of same finish as per site requirement, Supports, brackets or hangers designed, mechanically tested & supplied by the wire cable tray manufacturer shall be used complete all as specified and as directed.
