Excavation in trenches / foundation in soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.5 m deep for HT / LT under ground cable / pole fondation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

Supply & laying in replacement in trenches or passing through pipe/ducts, fixed to wall or poles XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with alumn conductor of following size suitable for earthed system including testing and commissioning complete all as specified 1100 volts/grade and directed Note : (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning brick covers and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately. Make of cable:- Gloster/ Polycab/ Incab/ Universal/ CCI/Havells

Supply, laying in trenches or passing through pipe/ducts, XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip armoured electric power cable with alumn conductor of size 185 sqmm 3 core suitable for earthed system including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note : (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning brick covers and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 11 / 6.6 / 0.433 KV transformers, 11 KV OCB's / PT's with stream line mobile filteration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Filteration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescriped manner.

Supply, filteration and topping up Insulating Oil / pure hydrocarbon mineral oil, clean and sufficiently free from moisture and of other foreign matter of breakdown value - 60 KV or over at standard gap after filteration for Transformers & Switchgears and shall be as per ISS-335-1993 (fourth revision) incorporating up to date amendment and additional characteristics as indicated below: - (a) Oxidation stability (i) Neutralization oxidation value max 0.4 mg. KOH/gm (ii) Total sludge after oxidation max 0.10% by weight (b) Break down value 60 KV or more at standard gap (c) SK value upto 8% Make APAR (POWER OIL) / CASTROL Note :- (i) Test report from manufacture to be provided. (ii) Record of new insulating oil used for replacement and topping up oil in transformer shall be maintained duly signed by rep of contractor and AGE E/M.

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead 25 x 4 mm GI strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fully retroreflective sign boards of cut to sizes/shape having writing back ground made out of 18 SWG MS Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of primer including marking/writing letters, road sign any type with radium tape in different colours, duly mounted on angle iron frame 45mm X 45mm and 5mm thick fixed with nut, bolt, washer and welding (height as per site requirement) etc and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat primer including all necessary earth work and PCC for foundation complete all as specified and directed.
