Part A: FIRE PUMP EQUIPMENT

Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of electrical motor driven pump of Monoblock type with cast iron impeller and carbon steel shaft, .The pump shall be having total head range of 32mtr to 52mtr and discharge range of 8.6 ltr/sec at 32mtr head to 4.6 ltr/sec at 52m head, coupled to a 3 phase motor of suitable 7.5HP/5.5 kW with complete set and the same shall be mounted on a common base MS frame. (as recommended by manufacturer) and providing cement concrete foundation with fixing Foundation bolts with civil works, making good the damages etc.as required. The suction and delivery of the pump shall be 65mm and 50mm respectively. (kirloskar Model:KDS 852++ or similar superior make)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of non-return valve of following sizes confirming to IS: 5312 complete with rubber gasket, Gl bolts, nuts, washers etc.as required:

Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of following sizes as required :

Supply and installation of differential Pressure switches with range of (1.5-6.5 psi) , Pressure gauges of dial gauge of 4" dia with range of (0-16 kg) for pump complete with necessay Ball valves, Fittings such as unions /couplings/ reducers etc. as required (Make:- Danfoss or SS make)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of stainless steel Y-strainer fabricated out of 1.6 mm thick stainless steel, Grade 304, sheet with 3 mm dia holes with stainless steel flange.

Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of Gun metal 25mm dia Ball valve along with Air vent valve and suitable fittings etc.,as required

Supplying and laying of 4x10 sqmm Armoured auminum XLPE cable on the surface of the wall for extension of power supply from panel to pump stater i/c all accessories, testing and commissioning etc as required.(Make:- Polycab or SS make)

S/L of 6 SWG GI wire on the surface or in recess for loop earthing etc as reqd

Supplying, and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4CX10 sqmm Ar Al UG Cable etc as reqd

Part B :Downcomer System

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required:.

Supplying and fixing first-aid Hose Reel with MS construction spray painted in post office red, conforming to IS 884 complete with the following as required. (a) 20 mm nominal internal dia water hose thermoplastic (Textile reinforced) type -2 as per IS: 12585 (b) 20 mm nominal internal dia gun metal globe valve & nozzle. (c) Drum and brackets for fixing the equipmets on wall. (d) Connections from riser with 25 mm dia stop gun metal valve & M.S. Pipe and socket.

Supplying and fixing Single headed external yard hydrant valve with 1 No. 63 mm dia instantaneous FM Gunmetal/Stainless Steel coupling and cast iron wheel, ISI marked, conforming to IS 5290 (type A) with blank Gunmetal/Stainless Steel cap and chain as required:

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15 m long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia male and female couplings duly bound with Gl wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required:

Supplying & fixing 63 mm dia stainless steel short branch pipe with 20 mm nominal internal diameter size nozzle conforming to IS 903 suitable for instantaneous connection to interconnect hose pipe coupling as required:

Supplying and fixing of fire brigade connection of cast iron body with gun metal male instantaneous inlet couplings complete with cap and chain as reqd. for suitable dia MS pipe connection conforming to IS 904 as required:

Sub Head - II (Automatic Fire Detection system)

SITC of Wall mounted type Microprocessor based control panel made up of 16 SWG MS sheet suitable for conventional detectors ,with LCD display and complies with UL standard including providing necessary 2 Nos of 12 V,7.5 AH,SMF Type battery as per specification etc as required. (a) 8 -Zone Control Panel, (I floor & II-floor) (make:- Ravel RE 2558 or SS make)

SITC of Optical / Photo electric type smoke detector with base including necessary gland termination, base connection with sign writing etc as required.

SITC of Electronic Hooter with suitable speaker and as per specification etc as required.

SITC of Manual Call point with Hammer and chain etc as required.

SITC of Response Indicator with double LED and termination etc as required.

Supply and laying of 2 x 1.5sq.mm FRLS armoured copper cable PVC sheathed and gland termination etc. as required.

SITC of Repeater panel to monitor 3 Nos fi ire alarm panels with FIRE and fault with zone wise and face to face indication,compatable with RS 485 Network including providing necessary 2 Nos of 12 V,7.5 AH,SMF Type etc as required. (Make:- Ravel RE 064R RP or SS)
