Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete , all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces and fininshed even and smooth without using extra cement (External surfaces) complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement (Internal surfaces) complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over primer for smooth surface complete all as specified and as directed

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash incl cleaning the floor/joinery surfaces, glass panes all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spotsdown and stopping etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper incl cleaning the floor/, joinery, surfaces, glass panes etc. all as specified and as directed

4mm thick figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares in exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Pointing wiring in Existing conduit with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,(FRLSH) unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through existing PVC/ steel heavy duty conduit 20 mm dia conduit including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for one light/fan/5 Amp socket all as specified and directed.

Pointing wiring in Existing conduit with 4 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated,(FRLSH) unsheathed, multistranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor cable single core, drawn through existing PVC/ steel heavy duty conduit 20 mm dia (concealed) conduit including one run of 4 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable green in colour for continuous earthing, 1.6 mm thick MS terminal box finished to wall with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet top cover for 15 Amp socket all as specified and directed.

Replacement of existing concealed metal GI box 10 to 15 modules having high durability, corrosion resistant, earthing terminal with replacement of modular type inner and outer plate covers with screws, incl all cutting/chases etc in walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Rates deemed to be included for removing and refixing of electrical point connections in switch board complete. 2. Modular switch, sockets,regulators,bell push to be measured and paid separetely
