Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises all as directed.

M&L for joint free anti- skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and and 15 mm thick adhesive and spacer complete.

Material and Labour for joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved quality in vertical surfaces 450mmx300 mm x7mm/ 600mm x 300 x 7mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in coloured cement to match with the tiles over and including 10 mm thick adhesive and spacer complete.

Taking down chowkhats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made,

S & F Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2 , modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant nd ixingwith stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) . Note :- including 3 Nos for each door Stainless steel 100mm long but hings with Stainlessd steel screws, 2 Nos stainless steel barrel tower bolts of extrude section, 150mm long (ISI marked), 2 Nos stainles steel handles, 125 mm long, (ISI marked).

S&F in repairs white vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedastal pattern) with and including plastic water closet seat white black , closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminum hinging device incl flush pipe and fixing bolts ( excluding flushing cistern) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 10 litres capacity, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets including 32 mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density of PVC complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 16 mm outer dia, SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings in trenches and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down old one of any type ,complete all as specified and directed.
