Providing and fixing 8mm thick wooden laminated floor class of use 31/23 having wear resistance level of AC-3 as per EN-13329 with a direct pressure laminate surface including profile, treated with aluminium side, flooring of approved colour and shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying double charged vitrified floor tiles of size 600 x 1200 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade. The tiles are to be fixed with 3mm grove using spacers. The tiles are to be laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm The grove are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material.

Providing and fixing Ist quality glazed ceramic wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by provding 3 mm thick spacer. The grooves are to be filled with cemenitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to entire statisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Size of tile 600 x 1200 mm

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge. With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level.Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 300 x 600mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand). The tiles are to be fixed by providing 2mm thick spacer. The area of spacer is to be filled by using cement based grout of approved shade. The groves are to be filled with cementitious grout mix with proportion of 0.90 kg grout and 0.10 kg of hardener for each kg of filling material complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of ceramic tiles or vitrified and plaster to making the surface clean for refixing the glazed tiles including removing of malba complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. (GRANITE). Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/ Ruby Red (Based on DSR 8.2.2.1)

Providing and fixing 6mm thick polycarbonate multi wall sheet to be fixed on existing M.S. frame with Aluminum rivets complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
