S & F of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Schedule Part-I connecting to earthing point and testing on completion with and including 40 mm bore light grade G.I. protection pipe (0.5 metre beyond pit to main switch), PCC pit in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia M.S bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and 20 mm bore light grade G.I. watering pipe, common salt and charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation etc for laying of cables, erection of poles, struts/stays etc not exceeding 10 sqm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5 m wide but exc 1.5m deep but n.exec 3.0 m deep for erection of pole in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm in soils complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars of 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Pre-stressed concrete pole 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 including painting of pole 1.2 RM height from top of coping of the pole and writing the pole no complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8), type D-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of poles/struts/stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for pedestal of poles/coping including necessary form work, fair finishes to the exposed surface using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending colt or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F of disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single dic assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors having working pressure 11000 volt grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F of of Anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for overhead line ACSR conductor of any type and any size incl stretching, binding, wires, jumpers complete including taking own old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated, mounted on 12 Nos insulator horizontal type on steel frame with DO with operating mechanism work from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps and suitable for 11 KV incl electrical connection, testing complete incl taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amp of 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed
