Supplying, install and erect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole for provision of 4 pole structure complete with MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300 x 300 mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11 metre long) including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality) black & yellow colour at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block band of 1200 mm height (4 Nos each Strip of 150 mm width), painting pole No by the black paint by stenciled letters/ figures of 8 cm height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Earthwork, Cement Concrete, cross arms etc. will be measured and paid under appropiate Items.

Supply & Fix switch air break, gang operated HT 11 KV triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 12 Nos insulators and steel frame, vertically or horizontally with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 400 amps and locking arrangement with pad lock complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,install,test & commissioning of 11 KV Outdoor type one side extensible 3-way Ring Main Unit floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of 3 Nos. fixed type motorised Vacuum Circuit Breaker (2 Incoming & 1 Outgoing). All live parts, bus bars, LBSs connections of RMU should be enclosed in one tank to avoid multiple interconnections & sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite grade stainless steel tank Grade 304 of minimum 2.5 mm thick having IP67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. The Unit shall be tested with internal arc of 21 kA for 1 sec with AFLR classification. The gas release and personnel safety with internal arc proofness shall not depend upon plinth design. The release of gases shall be from top of the unit so as that even if the person is operating the unit by opening the cover, top release will ensure safety. The release of gases in no case shall be from sides or bottom of the unit as the same is unsafe because of open plinth in sides in outdoor installations. The internal arc test shall be done for main tank and cable box both separately. Bidder shall provide necessary type test report confirming to IAC AFLR as per IEC 62271-200. The unit shall have front cable entry for ease of installation and shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of troubleshooting during breakdown.RMU should be complete with all accessories such as Terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications for Load break switch ON/OFF, Manometer confirms to IEC standards 62271-200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 and 60694. Altitude of installation up to 1000m as per IEC 60120. Bushings bolted type top mounted outside the tank for connection of external bus bar .The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site.

Supply and fix end termination jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for Indoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix end termination Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5 meters below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm mm as earthing by means of bolts nuts and washers of galvanized iron including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm GI tubing light grade and necessary fittings for protection of GI strip including laying of charcoal , dust and common slat , PCC 1:2: 4 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate with earth pit with 40 X 40 X 6.0 mm MS angle iron frame RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2: 4) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia round bar @ 75 mm C/C both way with plastering 15 mm thick CM ( 1: 6) internally and up to 150 mm below ground level externally . PGI funel with wire mesh ,20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No : 03 of SSR part - I 2009 and connected to earth test point including testing completed all specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 6.00 but earthig galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia.

M&L Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire completed all specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 11000 Volts, cross sectional area of cable 120 sq mm 3.0 core laid in trenches passed through GI pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for earthed system 11 KV complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth complete not exceeding 10 Sq mtr on plan and getting out all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil in additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling in including spreading ,leveling ,watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm each layer with approved and available soil/ earth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI tubing 'light grade' of sizes 80 mm for protection of UG cable with necessary fittings all as specified as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 17.00 but sizes 15 mm for protection of GI wire earthing on pole.

M&L for 150 mm thick cement concrete bed in 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in bottom of pit for support of steel tubular pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling for fixing of streel light steel tubular pole in depth n exc 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping to pole & the like, etc inlcuding weathering, slightly rounded or charfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium silver paint includind taking down rusted unserviceable cross arm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT size 25x20cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced conductor for busbar of two outgoing HT cable.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing masonary platform of size 3m x 3m (out to out dimension) and 1.2 mtr high above normal ground level for placing transformer/RMU of any capacity at the top of platfrom XPM netting will be fixed upto 1.2 mtr height by providing steel angle iron posts of size 65 x 65 x 6mm duly grouted in PCC including provision of two hinged doors for opening from front side and locking arrangement with sliding door bolts and pad locks complete XPM netting with steel angle iron items will be painted with two coats of sythetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (shade of colour will be suggested at site). Foundation of platform will be prepared in 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate at the depth of 30cm below normal level. Brick work will be carried out in old size burnt bricks in CM 1:4 top of platform will be prepared with 15 cm thick PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. Plastering will be carried out on exposed surfaces of complete platform with 15mm thick CM 1:4 including all connected works such as excavation in any type of soil, levelling, refilling and removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.
