Taking out old serviceable /unserviceable under ground cable of following sizes from trenches/poles /pipe/floor 50 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 120 sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Taking out old serviceable /unserviceable under ground cable of following sizes from trenches/poles /pipe/floor 185 Sqmm 3.5/4 core to 240 sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Supplying , laying , passing through pipe , connecting and testing UG cable XLPE insulated ,armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volts grade of Following size (Note:- Excavation & earthwork etc shall be measured and paid sepretaly) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge:-

XLPE Cable of size 16 Sqmm, 4 Core .

XLPE Cable of size 25 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 35 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 50 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 70 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 120 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 185 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

XLPE Cable of size 240 Sqmm, 3½ Core .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil , not.exc 1.5 mtr wide and not.exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cable/foundation of pole and stay etc in complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above ground level from starting point complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including punning and consolidation complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling hole under hard standing /road in different location as per site requirement (between 03 mtr to 12mtr maximum) for laying of pipe for protection of cable etc by means of mannual bookle and without disturbing the top surface and making good the disturbed surface if any complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying GI tube medium grade 80 mm bore, ISI marked complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but 40 mm bore.

M&L in repair for heat shrinkable jointing kit including suitable size of connector complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Cost of necessary excavation and earth work , labour, Jointing kit complete, fixing charges & T&P including removing of grass/shrubs nearby the fault location shall be deemed to include in quoted rates) for the following sizes :-

XLPE Cable of size 25 sqmm to 50 Sqmm x 3.5/4 core.

XLPE Cable of size 70 sqmm to 120 Sqmm x 3.5/4 core.

XLPE Cable of size 180 sqmm to 240 Sqmm x 3.5/4 core.

Supply and fixing aluminium thimble , cable gland and lux after disconnecting from panel and taking down burnt cable from panel of different location and cutting out the burnt portion of cable and extended the cable from cable loop, preparation of cable including necessary connection and testing complete (Note : (i) 01 Job consisting of 04 Nos Lugs/thimble at one end of cable (ii) Rate of necessary earth work for opening of loop if requried at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.) of following sizes :-

16 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volt grade.

25 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volt grade.

35 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 volt grade.

M&L for load balancing of Single/three phase system at LT Panel upto Distribution box of any size and capacity complete including disconnecting of existing cables and refixing the same as per load balance requirement including replacement of burnt/carbonized aluminium tube terminal of any size and capacity all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety mesures reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium tube terminal of any size as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) Contractor shall also submit the written record of phase wise electric load on panels/transformer duly signed by contractor, JE & AGE.

M&L for LT insulator shackle type porceline , vitreous, white , brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps , washers , insulator bolts for 1100 volts 100 mm height , 115 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for LT pin type porceline , vitreous, white , brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindal , washers , two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height , 65 mm dia for 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement LT volt meter (0-500) digital squire flush type of size 96x96 mm including necessary addition/ alternation of panel including cutting/welding of front side of panel board /feeder to match the existing panel board/feeder including taking out of unserviceable Volt meter complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 1100 Volts grade LT Ammeter (0 - 300 A) digital squire flush & CT type with CT's including necessary addition/ alternation of panel including cutting/welding of front side of panel board /feeder to match the existing panel board/feeder taking out of unserviceable Ammeter complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 1100 Volts grade LT Ammeter (0 - 500 A) digital squire flush & CT type with CT's including necessary addition/ alternation of panel including cutting/welding of front side of panel board /feeder to match the existing panel board/feeder taking out of unserviceable Ammeter complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Spray painting to LT panel board with synthetic enamel high glow paint Ist grade including preparation/cleaning of steel surfaces. complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for detecting of fault in 1100 Volt cable of any size upto 300 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenc fault locating machine comprising of surg generator pulse,ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc and exposing the cable fault,removal of deteriated portion of cable , treating of cable and making the same ready for jointing work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down existing old LT panel board/ LT feeder pillar box comprising of MCCB & switch fuse unit of any capacity and size including bus bar ,ammeters, voltmeters etc after disconnecting all cable connection and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supply, fabrication, errection, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical polycarbonate LT Panel outdoor type, confirming to IS-3118 & IEC - 62271-100, control panel shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG polycabonate sheet, environement friendly , recyclable , halogen and silicon free , highly impact resistant , anti acid , anti corrosive , fire retardant , self extinguishing , gray in colour , the enclouser shall provied a degree of protection of not less than IP 65 factory made outdoor type fully compartmentalised including PCC foundation and making all incoming and out going connection with suitable size copper cable including cable lugs , thimbles, cable gland etc, size of panel 1000mmx500mmx700mm [tech area] with consisting the following items:- (a) Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Copper strip bus bars of size not less than 100mm x 8mm thick mounted on non cracking resin type insulator not an interval of max 500mm & heat shrinkabal type sleeves.

M&L in replacement of any type of earthing into chemical earthing with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x5mm thick buried directly in ground ,earth pit not less than 4 Mtr depth and 1.5 Mtr width below normal ground level filled with alternate layers of charcoal 250kg, salt 200kg and Magnesium sulphate 100kg(MgSO4 ground enhancing compound ) connected to copper earth lead strip (32mm x6 mm ) from centre of earth plate upto test point by means the copper joints brazed both ways upto 25 mm width overlapp through copper materials only No nuts, bolts fasterners is permissible including earth work,funnel with watering arrangement 40mm dia GI pipe light grade,etc complete wire mesh ,test point ,GI pipe 50mm dia for protection of earthing lead ,PCC pit in 1:3:6 type( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and precaset RCC chamber cover in 1:2:4 type B1 of using (20 mm graded stone aggredate)size 550x550x50 mm with 8 mm dia TMT bars at 75 mmc/c both ways MS handle 12 mm dia including earth work, 200 ltrs watering arrangment with 200 ltr PVC tank etc and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old/rusted GI wire/Strip complete at site from shade/building upto 20mtr height complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or fixed on wall of the building on insulator or PVC pipe or chases or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required of size 20 x 3 mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for GI brazing (welding) at site to connect loop GI earthing strip of any size after tighten by nut, bolt , washer , checknuts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : GI brazing should be done upto 20 mtr height. Cost of necessary tool/plant and ladder required for working upto 20 mtr height are deemed to be including in the quoted rate)

Maintenance of all E/M Installations including Cleaning ,grass cutting, trimming of tree, excavation, dressing on earth and gardening etc. by employing 04 Mazdoors with necessary tools in general one Shifts of 08(eight) hours each on working days in a week all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. ( H Block , D Camp , AFNET , Sub Stn No 1, Sub Stn No 2 , Sub Stn No 3,Sub Stn No 5,E/M Yard ,MAP Qtr Sub Stn)

M&L for surface dressing and proper laying of XLPE electrical cable of any size and capacity nearby the LT Panel after disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connection complete including cleaning of grass nearby the LT Panel upto 2mtr all around , necessary earthwork as required all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. . (Note : Rate of necessary earthwork as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate)

Disposal of old junk/garbage both solid and liquid through browser with Tactor with minimum 3cum capacity and disposal out from MOD land maximum distance 5 KM complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in repair for Prestressed concrete pole , 9 mtr long, 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 12mm x 279 mm at bottom class 10 complete including excavation & earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type-D-2 in pole fdn & PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 in coping of pole complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Synthetic insulating mat of size 2Mx1Mx10mm thick ISI marked complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Synthetic insulating mat of size 2Mx1Mx12mm thick ISI marked complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for re-stringing of ASCR conductor of any size/dia by removing sag in between the line including disconnecting ACSR conductor from both side to overhead line and rejoining after repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PVC rigid spacer for 4/5 line LT overhead line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chang over switch of capacity 250 Amps , 415 Volts , 4 pole with sheet metal inclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Chang over switch of capacity 400 Amps , 415 Volts with sheet metal inclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stay assembly complete with 16mm dia stay Rod including PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Excavation and earth work measured and paid seperately).

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved siz,for LT ,20X15 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of electric RCC pole by removing all dirt, dust etc and apply approved colour one coat of syhnthetic enemal paint upto 1.5 mtr height (Five layer 30 cm Blue and 30 cm White one over another) and one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface such as cross arm including writing of identification No , etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 48 herein before but one coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular pole.

Notes:- (i) The amount of Rs. 143715/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No.115 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance. (ii) Contractor's rep shall attend AGE E/M office on daily basis for receiving complaints. Cost of same is deemed to be in the quoted rates.
