Improvement of link Road Padara Kashkar Pagana Km 0/00 to 1/525 C/o R/wall at RD 1/210 to 1/234 and P/L Kharanja stone soling in Km 0/320 to 0/460 and 0/575 to 0/705

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all leads , dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material in ordinary soil upto all depth. as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.all useful material such as stone, shingle, aggregates& slate etc. shall be sorted out and stacked along the road side properly. Any loss to the public and private property to during the course of execution shall be the absoulte responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of form work in R/walls 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm X 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1301. and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing weep holes in brick/ stone / plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return walls with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V : 20H towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614, 709 and 1204.3.7 including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of sub-grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for cutting involved for sub- grade to be paid for separately )depending upon the classification of soil including all lead and lifts as per HPPWD , specification of 1990 volume -1 as directed by Engineer -in- charge

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the requested gradient and comber including spreading watering and rolling of binding materialsand as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals..
