Supply and fixing (concealed flush to wall) factory made DB (made out of CRCA sheet not less than 1.2mm thick, fitted with DIN channel neutral link and 200 Amp rated bus bar) SPN, 4 Way 240V, suitable for mounting MCB/Isolator etc, conforming to IS-13032, DB shall be semi glosy finished with epoxy polyster based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature between powder paint process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto main switch board / electric equipment / pole / lightning arrestor / HT/LT equipments / GODO switch etc, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and fixing energy efficient LED street light fitting of 45W pressure die cast aluminium housing/body, heat resistant clear toughened glass, better optics for uniform distribution street/Roadway luminaire, with driver, fixing the light fitting with and including bracket made out of GI tubing light grade 32mm dia, 1.2 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom, including two Nos clamps made out of MS Flat iron of size 25x4 mm with suitable nuts and bolts for fixing of bracket including painting to MS clamp and nut bolts with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete fitting with all accessories and following specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- (a) Lumen system efficacy of luminaire should be minimum 105 Lumen per watt. Supply, installing, commissioning & testing energy efficient of transformer suitable for 160 KVA step down pole mounted outdoor type 11/0.433, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC, IS: 1180-2014 ISI marked level 3, double wound core type copper wound, oil immersed, air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought out on LV side with for earthing and having tapping on HV side for constant out put so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (Tapping range + 5 % to - 10% in equal step of 2.5 % ) changed by means of manually operated " off load" taps changing gear. Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing complete of manufacturer or OEM (Original Eqpt Manufacturer) manufactured and tested static Diesel Engine driven Generating Set, radiator cooled, with AMF panel capable of delivering 62.5KVA (50 KW) or nearest higher rating 415 volts AC 3 phase, 4 wire system of supply, 50Hz. The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled through flexible coupling to matching alternator and mounted on foundation pads on common base frame in the CPCB approved acoustic enclosure (the complete set confirming to and test certificate as per CPCB norms and as specified) with AMF control panel standardised by manufacturer, inbuilt fuel tank, flexible exhaust pipe, incl necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed and comprising with the following:--
Alternator : AC alternator, self-excited, self-regulated, self-ventilated, brushless design, confirming to BS 2613/5000, 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire rated line current min 56 Amps output at PF 0.8 (lagging), 1500 RPM, insulation class ‘H’ enclosure IP 23 complete with AVR with ± 1% voltage regulation, directly coupled to and matched with engine.
Diesel Engine: Adequate capacity Diesel Engine capable of 62.5 KVA coupled with alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions and power consumed by accessories. The engine shall be directly coupled through closed coupling, turbo charged after cooled, multi cylinder, multi stroke direct injection, cold starting and shall confirm ISO 3046 / BS-5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continuous operation. The engine shall be electric start and shall be suitable for battery assisted Manual / Auto starting. The governing system of the engine shall be electric type and suitable to frequency variation with in ± 1% in case of load is switch on or thrown off and comprising with the following:-
(i) Turbo charger, pulse tuned exhaust manifold. (ii) Cooling System: Mounted radiator with fan and belts & guard, corrosion inhibitor coolant etc. (iii) Silencer: Residential type. (iv) Exhaust System: Exhaust system complete with flexible stainless steel piping of suitable dia 2.5 mtrs above the adjacent bldg as per OEM standard with necessary supports and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure and proper insulation complete for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (v) Starting System: Electric Self Starter with maintenance free batteries including battery charging alternative belt driven. (vi) Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, filters, houses, fuel injection solenoid switch and nozzles. (vii) Fuel tank of adequate capacity: As per OEM norms and specifications designed for above capacity of DG Set. (viii) Lub oil pump, filter and collier. (ix) Intake system: Air intake manifold with dry type air filters. (x) Engine and alternator shall be mounted on common base frame with AVM pads. (xi) Mounted micro processor based control panel having standard features and display engine and electrical parameters. (xii) The engine supplied with first filling of oil of required quantity as recommended by OEM. (xiii) All deliverable shall be confirmed the norms established by CPCB.
AMF Panel: Auto Main Failure (AMF) Panel out door type made out 3.15mm CRCA sheet weather proof powder coated conforming to IS 8623 and IP-54 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire AC 50 HZ having aluminium bus bar of capacity required to carry current at 110% load of 62.5 KVA DG Set with three phase and half neutral colour coded pre-wired with copper flexible cable. AMF panel shall house adequate capacity contactors for smooth transfer of load between mains and DG set. Panel shall be operated with three modes of operation. 1. Auto, 2. Manual, 3. Test. and comprising with the following:-
(i) Contactor of Suitable capacity 3 pole with required Nos. as per OEM, TP contactor for natural for both supplies. (ii) Suitable capacity of MCCB, 4 Pole for both supplies. (iii) CTs 150/5A for both the supplies. (iv) Push buttons. (v) Indication Lamps. (vi) Over load + earth leakage relay (vii) Multi functional digital meter for KWH, KVA, KW, Amps, Volts, frequency, power factor etc. (viii) SMPS Battery charge 12V, with trickle and boost charging. (ix) ON/OFF Switch. (x) Automatic / Manual Switch. (xi) Hooter. (xii) Voltage sensing relay. (xiii) Six window anunciator for fault indications.
Acoustic Enclosure : Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet metal will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom to suit conditions with the following features: -
(i) Custom built product for various equipment’s, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (ii) 16SWG (1.6mm) thick CRCA sheet to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against wreathing action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (iii) Sheet metal component of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (iv) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (v) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to put out the heat from the chamber efficiently. (vi) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (vii) The DG set should be provided with the external emergency stop push button and fire alarm. (viii) A see through transparent window in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the parameters. (ix) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs.
(x) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exists of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (xi) See through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (xii) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinge, and fasters etc to be provided. (xiii) Deliverables 75DB @ 1 meter at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be with in limit and as per manufacturer’s recommendations above ambient temp. (xiv) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination. (xv) The exhaust pipe along with proper aluminium cladding shall be laid to a height of above the roof level. The rates for the same are to be included in the quoted rates. (xvi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure inside the DG set on a suitable insulated platform. (xvii) Fuel gauge to be provided with the neck of fuel tank. (xviii) Tools as per manufacturers with the box. (xix) Invents of suitable company be manufacture. (xx) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.

Note :- (i) Any item left out for successful operation of AMF panel is deemed to be included in overall cost quoted. (ii) DG set should be sound proof as per latest policy (iii) Cost of maintenance free batteries as per recommendations of manufacture shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor (iv) Cost of PCC foundation as shown in drawing shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor. (v) Initial filling of lubricating oil/coolant and fuel required for testing of DG set shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) Exhaust from DG set shall be as per latest CPCB [II] norms. Alternatively emission control device within overall cost quoted shall be provided (vii) Pre commissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer. All necessary equipment’s, consumables, artificial load for testing, DHPP for testing purpose and T&P required for successful completion of the test shall be arranged by the contractor and cost for the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted by contractor.
