Cleaning thick bushes and thorny jungle without uprooting

Earth work in foundation in dry ordinary soils (Loam clay or sand) including lift up to 1.5m and lead up to 30.0 m and including back filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the structure and the side of foundation trenches or into the plinth with removal and disposal of surpluse earth as directed by Engineer-in-Charge up to a distance of 30 M from the foundation etc.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tipper to work site, for all leads and lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.With material confirming to Grade-II (Size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR value-30

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers wiyh mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8-10 ton capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 including heating the bitumen spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spraying unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specification.On WBM @ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and laying dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30@5% (percentage by weight og total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 16.91.1 60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern. sqm 884.75 16.91.2 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Supplying and placing of jersey barrier with 30 cm, spacing of size 3045x840x610 mm (Grade M-25, 8 mm steel bar at 300 mm C/C) including all labour and T&P etc.with spacing 30cm. Drain Side (420.00/3.345 = 126.56 Say 127 Nos),

Painting on jersey barrier both side with synthetic enemal paint of approved brand and manufactured of required colour to give an even shade two or more coats on new surface over and under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and maufacture.

Construction of RCC drain along proposed road as per drawing attached.

Providing and laying Cement concrete (1:2:4) with cement , coarse sand , and 10mm to 25mm stone grit including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.complete.

Erecting structure/ column in Position and fabricting Mild steel or iron work in cluding drilling holes and fixing in position and including supply of all steel,Labour and bolt and plant etc required for proper complition of work. As per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Continuous welding by Electric plant including cost of electrodes.

Painting or Varnished work in small areas wood /Iron work with two coat Of approved superior quality ready mixed paint or varnish and one coat of Ready Mix Primer including supply of all material labour tools & plants etc as required for proper completion of work. Paint shall be used as per standard I.S. specification and approved and Direction of Engineer-in-Charge
