Material and labour for de-scaling condensers of central AC plant 3X9 TR capacity of condenser by opening side plate, flushing the condenser tubes using de-scaling solution, Roding the condenser tubes carefully removing all the deposited materials completely and raising the solution through condenser tubes till clear water starts to come out from the condensers as complete including re-fixing the side plates by replacing gaskets & testing complete for satisfactory working at complete of AMSS at Signal Enclave all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for leakage detection of chiller and condensor pipe lines by charging dry Nitrogen Gas and with standing pressure for 24 hours, rectification of leakages, evacuation of the system as per manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge for capacity of 3x9 TR AC plant of AMSS at Signal Enclave. Note :- The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include the cost of Nitrogen gas, charges for T&P and empty cylinders.

Material and labour for servicing of AHU unit including cleaning of bottom tray and painting inside the tray with one coat of marine anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer, cleaning of cooling oil complete with high pressure detergent solution without damaging cooling coils, checking aligning and tightening of blower fan, greasing of all movable parts, replacement of worn out bolts, nuts shaft keys etc all as directed for capacity of 3x9 TR AC plant of AMSS at Signal Enclave.

Supply and fixing in repair of AHU Shaft bearing No. P-213 as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make - MTM/SKS or equivalent as approved by Accepting Officer.)

Supply and fixing in repairs of shock absorbing rubber pads at the bottom of the AHU unit for absorbing shocks and vibrations, heavy duty of size 150mmx150mm complete all as speicifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- Unserviceable materials are contractors property)

Supply and fixing in repairs of Pre filter 10 micron of size 600mm x 600x 50mm made of out of GI wire mesh interspaced with two crimp layers and three flat layers flanged deep box type and efficiency 90% as per existing size and pattern for the all three AC Plant air handling unit complete all as speicifed and directed by Engr-in-charge. Taking down/ removing unserviceable plaster along with glass wool and GI wire mesh and material and labour for glass wool and wrapped with GI wire mesh and rendering 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) over newly provided glass wool and wire mesh of 100mm dia pipe complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for 50mm thick fibre glass wool insulation in existing ducts of AC plants bonded with Aluminium foil, including wraping, pasting complete and cover the insulation one side with GI wire Mess netting after cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage including taking down old unserviceable glass wool insulation from existing duct complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Material and Labour for frame work with angle iron for frame support, with fabrication, welding joining including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-charge.

Overhauling, testing and commisioning of open type reciprocaing compressor for model No. SMC 3-65 Make:Accel of capacity 9 TR. Overhauling including disconnecting/ dismantling of suction and discharge valves, side covers other control accessories. Shifting the faulty compressor parts to the contractors workshop for certain required repairs. Refixing the repaired/Replaced parts in its original position under supervision of site-in-charge all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Required Spare parts to be replaced during overhaluing shall be measured and paid seperatly as 'Supply only' under relevent items. Disconnecting from mains/taking out existing unserviceable/defective motor of capacity 60 HP of any size, type, and make including disconnecting all electrical connections removing from foundation transporting to repair workshop disconnecting unserviceable burn out winding completely including insulating materials and rewinding of the complete stator with super enameled copper wire of existing size applying proper insulation ‘F’ class varnish drying in oven, assembling, transporting back to site, re-installating, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- Transportation Charges from site to trade workshop and back to original location after repair shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rate.)
