Construction of Flower Graden at Choglamser. (by way of Land Development and Other Allied Works) (Under SDP)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing & laying of weed control fabric/ land scapping fabric heavy duty complete job

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment). (The sample of good earth shall be approved by the concern field Engineer of the Agriculture Department prior to supply/laying.)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness (Cost of sludge, dump manure or/ and good earth to be paid separately).

Dumping stone including cost of stones.in Horizontal on level

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and lauying 80mm thick factory made cement in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making macing with strong vibratory comnpacting, of approved size design and shape, laid joints with line sand etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and lauying 40mm thick factory made cement in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making macing with strong vibratory comnpacting, of approved size design and shape, laid joints with line sand etc all complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.
